The development potential of the industry is renewed, and the growth of emerging industries and future industries plays an obvious role. Relying on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, the city's high-tech manufacturing industry maintained a significant growth trend in the first quarter, and the added value of the high-tech manufacturing industry increased by 8.6%, 2.8 percentage points faster than that of industries above designated size. The output of new energy vehicles, urban rail vehicles, integrated circuits and industrial robots, which highlight new quality productivity, increased by 41.4%, 17.4%, 13.0% and 9.0% respectively. Among the service industries above designated size, the operating income of strategic emerging services and high-tech services both achieved double-digit growth, with growth of 15.8% and 12.8% respectively. The power data of the first quarter shows that the electricity consumption of high-end equipment, integrated circuits, and information and innovation industry chain enterprises increased by 13.01%, 11.60%, and 9.68% year-on-year respectively.
Effective domestic demand maintained steady growth, and the pull effect of real economy investment and high-quality consumption was prominent. In terms of investment, investment in infrastructure, industry and other real sectors increased by 37.6% and 17.0% respectively, becoming the main driving force for the city's investment growth. Cultural and tourism consumption has risen significantly, with the city's railway passenger volume and airport passenger throughput increasing by 35.4% and 30.5% respectively. The per capita consumption expenditure on services of the city's residents increased by 15.5 percent, of which the expenditure on educational, cultural and entertainment services increased by 22.9 percent. Retail sales of green and smart goods such as new energy vehicles and smartphones increased by 19.0% and 9.5% respectively. Tianjin has gradually become a place of international consumption, a gathering place of global consumption resources, and a well-known tourist destination in China.
The private economy has highlighted the vitality of development, and social employment has grown steadily. In the first quarter, the growth rate of the main economic indicators of China's private enterprises was better than that of the whole city. Private investment increased by 13.6 percent, 7.7 percentage points faster than the city's investment, accounting for 31.6 percent of the city's total investment, and the added value of private industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 7.5 percent, 1.7 percentage points faster than the city's above-designated industries. Employment is an important indicator of economic development. In the first quarter, 95,300 new urban jobs were created in the city, completing 27.2% of the annual plan, 2.2 percentage points ahead of schedule, highlighting the vitality of the city's economic development.

In terms of talent security, we will accelerate the cultivation and expansion of market-oriented employment and talent service forces, actively play the role of China's Tianjin Human Resources Service Industrial Park, and strive to create a new highland for human resources gathering.
