Publicity and hiring

1. 3. According to the "Regulations on the Personnel Management of Public Institutions" (Order No. 652 of the State Council) and the General Office of the Provincial Government, "Forwarding the Provincial Personnel Department's Notice on the Trial Implementation of the Personnel Employment System in Public Institutions in the Province" (Anhui Zhengban [2006] No. 13) and other provisions, the introduction unit must sign a public institution employment contract with the hired personnel, establish personnel relations, and be included in the establishment management. The treatment of hired personnel shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. A probationary period system shall be implemented for new recruits in public institutions in accordance with regulations, and the probationary period shall be included in the term of the employment contract. Those who pass the examination at the end of the probationary period shall be formally employed; those who fail to meet the requirements shall be cancelled.
