Up to now, the total mileage of the whole region has reached 1365.35 kilometers, with secondary roads in towns, third-level roads in established villages, hardened roads in natural villages (groups), hardened roads in village lanes, and first, second and third class bridges accounting for 100%.

In recent years, a total of 396 million yuan has been invested in the construction of rural roads through various methods such as striving for the upper level and district-level overall planning, laying a solid foundation for opening up the "peripheral nerves" of rural roads.

Improve the highway maintenance mechanism, establish and improve the management system of "district and town chief + district and town road chief", equip 41 third-level road chiefs in districts, towns and villages, and 85 public welfare post maintenance personnel, formulate the implementation plan of the "road chief system", and fully implement the responsibility for highway maintenance. Jinchuan District continues to innovate and improve the maintenance model, encourages and guides party members and cadres, veterans, district units and social forces to actively participate in and support the maintenance of rural roads, and builds 16.8 kilometers of party building leading demonstration roads, 6.35 kilometers of dual-support and co-maintenance demonstration roads, and 10.32 kilometers of financial cooperation demonstration roads. The X197 line (county road Chenjin Highway) was selected as the "Most Beautiful Rural Road" in Longyuan in 2022 by the Provincial Department of Transportation. Raise funds for guarantee maintenance, strictly implement the "1053" maintenance standards for county and rural roads, and fully support road maintenance funds. Since 2021, a total of 12.1987 million yuan has been invested in the maintenance and repair of rural roads.

The implementation of "transportation + public transport" covers urban and rural areas, on the basis of improving and optimizing the urban public transport network, the district level spends more than 500 yuan per year, subsidizes the opening of 8 urban and rural bus lines covering all administrative villages in the district, and all important nodes in urban and rural areas have achieved direct access. The implementation of "transportation + logistics" is fully connected, and 8 express delivery companies such as YTO and SF Express have set up 27 convenient service stations for "passengers, goods and mail", covering all administrative villages in the region, and the channels of "commodities going to the countryside, agricultural products entering the city, e-commerce entering the village, and express delivery to households" have been fully opened, and the integrated development of "passengers, goods and mail" in rural areas in the region has been accelerated.
