On April 18, Binzhou Vocational College held the appointment ceremony of the assistant dean of students.
Shen Baozhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of the University, attended the ceremony, congratulated the 12 students who were selected as assistant deans, and issued letters of appointment to them one by one. He said that the university attaches great importance to the appointment of assistant deans of students, aiming to establish a new channel for direct dialogue with students, and give full play to the important role of students in participating in the construction of the school, promoting the scientific management of the school and the openness of school affairs.
He emphasized that the assistant dean of students should practice the responsibility of the school motto, strengthen the sense of ownership, actively participate in campus management, and build a bridge between the school and students. Relevant functional departments should attach great importance to the suggestions put forward by the assistant dean, carefully check them, handle them quickly, and reply in a timely manner.
The assistant dean introduced the basic situation of the individual, made speeches on the common problems encountered in study and life, and put forward ideas and suggestions. Shen Baozhong listened carefully to the speeches of the assistants and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the hot issues reflected by the students.
