Shaanxi Coal Research Institute Jinghe New Town
New energy industrial base project
It is located in the two-chain integration demonstration industrial park of Jinghe New Town, with a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan, and the main construction includes lithium battery ternary precursor production line, lithium battery anode material production line, sodium battery cathode and anode material production line and lithium battery ternary precursor expansion production line.
More than 50 subdivided products in 14 categories have been formed here, fully covering the market demand for core materials for new energy batteries. Lithium battery ternary precursors, silicon-based anode materials, and sodium-ion battery materials are all independently developed by Shaanxi Coal, and the unit energy density has reached the international leading level.
The project is making every effort to build a new energy battery material industry chain with complete functions, upstream and downstream integration, and outstanding technical advantages. After completion, it is expected that the annual output value will reach 4.4 billion yuan, the annual tax revenue will be 86.5 million yuan, and 1,200 people will be employed. At present, the first phase is basically completed, trial production is being carried out, and the second phase is planned to start construction in 2025.
R&D and production base of Western Superconducting Jinghe New Town
It is located in the two-chain integration demonstration park of Jinghe New Town, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. It mainly builds a research and development center for superconducting wires and superconducting magnets, a production base of 3,200 tons of superconducting wires and a production base of 300 sets/sets of superconducting magnets.
The project has superconducting material preparation technology and superconducting magnet manufacturing technology with independent intellectual property rights, which will fill the gap in this field in China and solve the problem of "stuck neck" of superconducting wires and magnets for nuclear magnetic resonance imager systems in mainland China and monocrystalline silicon superconducting magnets.
After completion, it is expected that the annual output value will be 3.5 billion yuan, the annual tax revenue will be 200 million yuan, and 500 people will be employed. At present, the first phase of the project is planned to be put into operation in the first half of the year, and the second phase is planned to start construction in 2025.
Focusing on the "six builds" goals and the "eight new breakthroughs" key work, Xixian New Area continues to focus on high-quality projects to stabilize investment and promote development. In the first quarter, the main economic indicators achieved a "good start", the "4+1" industrial clusters continued to expand, and the vitality of economic development continued to increase.
