In order to further improve the fire safety awareness and emergency response ability of teachers and students in the school, recently, the Longyou Brigade and the Municipal Association for Science and Technology respectively entered the Yacun Primary School in Longyou County and Zesui Primary School in Longyou County to carry out fire science popularization activities on campus, and a total of more than 400 teachers and students participated in this activity.
During the period, the propagandists of the brigade focused on explaining to the students the hazards of fire, common fire safety hazards in the school, the correct identification of fire evacuation signs, and how to effectively escape in the event of a fire, and distributed the safety knowledge books for primary school students and fire safety knowledge manuals to the students, telling the children not to imitate adults to play with lighters, matches, etc. in their daily lives, and to remind their parents to pay attention to daily fire and electricity to prevent family fires.
This activity effectively enhanced students' awareness of fire safety and fire prevention skills through popular science publicity, and promoted the realization of the purpose of "educating a child, driving a family, and influencing the whole society".
