In order to further improve the skill level of workers in Zhao County's agricultural machinery manufacturing industry, on April 22, the Zhao County Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing Industry Workers' Skills and Labor Competition sponsored by the Zhao County Federation of Trade Unions was held in Hebei Tongtian Machinery Co., Ltd. The competition set up two types of work: welder and lathe, and nearly 40 players from more than 10 agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises in our county participated.
After the competition began, the contestants entered the practical operation venue in order to show their housekeeping skills and compete fiercely. Each process is orderly, and each link is well controlled, which fully demonstrates the demeanor of agricultural machinery "craftsmen" and personal superb skills. The contestants complete the corresponding operations within the specified time according to the requirements, and the referee scores on the spot according to the completion situation. Hebei Tongtian Machinery Co., Ltd. Shi Yueqian won the first place of welder, and Shijiazhuang Hengkun Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. Shi Huibin won the first place of lathe worker.
The development of the skills competition not only provides a platform for employees to show their skills, but also shows the spirit of excellence of front-line workers, further stimulates the enthusiasm of employees, and creates a good atmosphere of "learning to catch up and help out".
