The new car is a special model built for the Chinese market, with enhanced performance and fully upgraded luxury and comfort equipment. On the outside, the overall design of the new car is basically the same as that of the other variants, with a sportier front bumper and new LED matrix headlights.
In terms of equipment, the new Taycan 4 brings fully upgraded luxury standard equipment such as BOSE surround sound system, electronic sports car sound, parking assist with surround view system, comfort entry system, 14-way power adjustable seats, privacy glass, dual electric charging port covers, and more.
In addition, the Porsche Connect system is deeply integrated into the local digital ecosystem, and the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) has launched a local app store based on the usage habits of Chinese customers, pre-installed a number of local Chinese apps, and also provides Apple Music, QQ Music, Kuwo Music, Himalayas, Bilibili and other apps for download.
IT Home noted that Porsche Connect also has a 10-year free use benefit, covering all connected services such as search tools, streaming services, online navigation services, voice navigation, application market, remote control function, fault call, etc.
In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with front and rear dual-motor all-wheel drive, with a system output of 380kW (517PS) and a 0-100km/h acceleration time of just 3.9 seconds. On the chassis, the new car comes standard with features such as adaptive air suspension and the Porsche Sport Chrono Package.
In terms of range, the new car comes standard with a 105kWh high-performance battery pack with a CLTC range of 676 km, and can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes at 15 degrees Celsius with HD Matrix technology. In addition, Porsche and Audi have partnered to enjoy the exclusive charging network.
