Jing Junhai pointed out that the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China" have kept pace with the times and elevated the latest theoretical, practical and institutional achievements of comprehensively and strictly administering the party to party rules and party discipline, which further demonstrates our party's firm determination to persist in turning the blade inward and carrying out self-revolution to the end. We must stand on the political high plane of firmly supporting the "two establishments" and resolutely achieving the "two safeguards," profoundly understand and grasp them, consciously follow them, and make iron discipline an important precept for managing the party and governing the party.
Jing Junhai emphasized that to carry out party discipline study and education, it is necessary to learn to understand and implement the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China".
