There are only 2 residential buildings in Linglong Community and Fengyuan Community in Longhutang Street, but the occupancy rate is as high as 98%. At present, there are 198 permanent residents and about 494 electric vehicles. On March 15, the renovation work officially started, a resident working in the construction machinery industry took the initiative to drive an excavator to help with the construction, effectively shortening the construction period by one week, "as long as it is beneficial to our community, it is appropriate to make a contribution." In less than 20 days, Hefengyuan became the first community with an overhead layer in Longhutang Street to "move to a new home" for electric vehicles. The 170 square meters of land vacated by the green belt have been hardened and utilized, and canopies, 80 centralized charging piles and 16 "red lantern" fire extinguishers have been installed simultaneously, which can park more than 150 electric vehicles, basically solving the parking problem of electric vehicles on the ground. At the same time, the property also carried out centralized renovation of the underground garage of the community, a number of zombie battery cars and bicycles were cleaned out, the electric vehicle parking area was clearly planned again, and 50 sprinklers were installed, and the ground was also equipped with a miniature fire station to increase the number of fire safety escorts.
At present, more than 60 "red lantern" fire extinguishers have been installed in 8 electric bicycle sheds in the Phoenix Famous City Community of Yinlong Community, and electric bicycle charging sheds continue to be added around some buildings, and fire sprinklers have been added in the overhead layer. In addition, the 5 buildings of Tenglong Garden in Tenglong Community will be renovated for garage fire protection, new evacuation channels, fire doors, smoke detectors and sprinklers will be added, and construction is expected to start in late April and be completed in June.
