In order to further provide residents with high-quality and convenient skills training services, the station community focuses on the skill improvement needs of groups with employment difficulties, actively builds a service carrier for convenient skills training and talent training, organizes grid members to use residents' WeChat groups to publicize free skills training courses, improves the awareness rate of residents, and organizes people who are willing to participate in the training to learn, so as to provide high-quality jobs and entrepreneurial projects for the masses.
The station community grid staff went deep into the community, distributed employment and entrepreneurship leaflets to residents, explained policies such as entrepreneurship subsidies and free employment skills training for the unemployed, and answered the policy consultation and entrepreneurial doubts raised by residents one by one, so that residents can understand the latest employment and entrepreneurship policies without leaving home, and promote employment and reemployment.
