The Form 4 is significantly faster to print and 30% more build volume, which is 2-5 times faster than its predecessor, the Form 3+, depending on the characteristics of the material. Most printing jobs can be completed in less than two hours, and small parts can be printed in just a few minutes.
2. A new generation of LFD™ print engine technology
The Form 4 features Low Force Stereolithography™ (LFS) technology, which is different from laser and galvanometer technology, with an ultra-high-power backlight (16mw/cm²), a proprietary peel texture, a Light Processing Unit 4, and a double-layered flexible laminated resin tank that combine to ensure print success.

The Form 4's print success rate benefits from proven print settings, sophisticated heating systems, force sensing technology, and debris detection to ensure that every print is as good as it should be.
