At this time, the fire rescue team also arrived at the scene and rescued the trapped people on the third floor, and after more than 2 hours, the fire was extinguished.
Zhu Qiang, male, born in May 1987, is the deputy director of Caojing Institute of Jinshan District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau.
