On April 23, the Liangdu Employment and Entrepreneurship Policy Lecture and Career Guidance Lecture sponsored by the Liupanshui Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was held in Liupanshui Preschool Normal College. The lecture was held simultaneously in the form of a combination of offline on-site lectures and online live broadcasts, and more than 200 college students from the university attended the lectures.
At the lecture, Lin Mei, director of social security of Shuigang Center, gave an in-depth explanation of nine aspects, including the basic concept of social security, the social insurance system, the interpretation of the social insurance law, the relevant laws and regulations of social insurance, and the basic pension insurance for employees of urban enterprises, so that students can understand how to do a good job in career planning and protect their own rights and interests.
Wu Hao, a career counselor, gave a speech entitled "Contemporary Workplace: Strategic Thinking on Improving Self-Competitiveness", which helped students clearly plan their career paths and establish a correct employment concept from the aspects of industry trend analysis, accurate personal positioning, how to improve vocational skills, accumulation of interpersonal relationships and resources, learning and growth, self-branding, career planning and management.
Geng Xingmei, a student who participated in the lecture, said that through this lecture, everyone learned about social insurance knowledge and how to protect their rights and interests in the future. At the same time, we must insist on learning, create a brand image suitable for ourselves, judge ourselves from morality and quality, analyze and understand our own advantages and disadvantages, do future planning and management, have a skill in the industry, create our own strong atmosphere, and improve our workplace influence.
