The ruins of the Guge Dynasty are located in Zada County, Ali Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region, with a history of more than 1,000 years and are one of the first key cultural relics protection units in the country. The ruins are spread over a hill about 300 meters high, and temples, houses, pagodas, caves, and defensive walls are stacked on top of each other.
