Because Thailand is a religious country, judges are not willing to kill, and if they can, they will not be sentenced to death.
Wang Moumou was so angry and sad by this result that she asked her lawyer to find evidence and vowed to send her husband to prison.
Finally on June 2, the verdict of the third instance of the case was released: the defendant Yu Moumou was sentenced to 33 years and 4 months in prison. At this point, the case came to an end, and Ms. Wang shed tears.
With hatred for her husband and hope for a new life, Ms. Wang worked hard to do rehabilitation exercises. The hard work paid off, and after three years of rehabilitation, Ms. Wang finally got back on her feet.
In April 2023, she claimed on Weibo that she had regained the ability to stand and walk.
