Hantai District People's Procuratorate: Polishing the background of peace and highlighting the responsibility of the procuratorate
For six consecutive years, it has been rated as "National Advanced Unit for Procuratorial Publicity"; 5 procuratorial suggestions have been selected as excellent procuratorial suggestions in the province and the city; and 14 cases have been rated as "100 Excellent Administrative Procuratorial Cases", excellent cases and typical cases by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Procuratorate and the Municipal Procuratorate......
In recent years, the People's Procuratorate of Hantai District, Hanzhong City, with the goal of enhancing the people's sense of gain, happiness and security, has focused on the overall situation of safety construction, performed procuratorial functions in accordance with the law, actively participated in social governance, and integrated procuratorial work into the whole process of maintaining the long-term stability of Hantai, promoting good law and good governance, and serving the high-quality development of the economy and society.
Legal popularization propaganda "sound and impressive"

On 15 April, political and legal organs at the two levels in the urban area jointly organized cadres and police officers to go to the central square of Hanzhong to actively participate in the "15 April" National Security Education Day and anti-cult warning and propaganda activities. They often carry out and participate in such activities as sending the law to campuses and enterprises, and they take the initiative to integrate into their jurisdictions, actively organize anti-narcotics and other propaganda activities, give full play to their procuratorial functions, and solve the problems of the people's urgency, hardship, and longing.
To deepen the establishment of Ping An Hantai, propaganda work is a vital part. District procuratorates have fully implemented the responsibility system of "those who enforce the law and those who popularize the law", infiltrating the entire process and every link of judicial case handling with publicity and education on the rule of law; making full use of the publicity activities of "procurators using cases to explain the law", focusing on giving play to the role of regulating and guiding typical cases; and comprehensively using platforms such as "two micro and one end" to call on all sectors of society to actively participate in the construction of peace. Up to now, 151 publicity manuscripts and 12 micro-films and micro-videos have been adopted by the "Rule of Law Daily", "Procuratorate Daily", the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Provincial People's Procuratorate, etc., and the satisfaction rate of safe construction has reached 98.99%, which is higher than the provincial average.
Helping enterprises to "give gifts to home"
......On April 3, the District Procuratorate and the Hantai District Taxation Bureau went deep into the Hanzhong Aviation Economic and Technological Development Zone to carry out the "Tax Inspection Cooperation and Accompany Enterprises" joint policy promotion activities to help enterprises, and jointly sent the rule of law "dry goods" and tax preferential "gift packages" to more than 30 aviation industry chain enterprises.
The 14 key measures of the "Procuratorate and Protection of Enterprises" special action further strengthen the handling of enterprise-related cases, identify the focus and entry point of the judicial service business environment, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of all enterprise entities. The court took the lead in initiating the compliance review of the enterprises involved in the case in the city, set up a procuratorial protection workstation in the Hantai Branch of Qin Chuangyuan's innovation-driven platform, and set up contact points for intellectual property prosecution and protection in Hanzhong Daqin Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Hanjiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., respectively, to actively provide procuratorial services for enterprise innovation and Qin Chuangyuan's construction. In recent years, district procuratorates have performed their functions of legal supervision over the protection of minors, and have continuously accelerated the modernization of their concepts, systems, mechanisms, and capabilities for juvenile procuratorial work. Innovate and create the "Internet + Cloud Classroom" model, promote the use of the "Hantai Unchecked" official account, and achieve full coverage of cloud legal education for more than 190 primary and secondary schools in the jurisdiction. Various forms such as online live broadcasts, offline popularization of the law on campus, procuratorial coordination, and public interest movie viewing are to comprehensively increase minors' awareness of the rule of law and their ability to protect themselves. Jointly formulate and issue a supervision system in the field of new business forms, eliminate blind spots in supervision, escort the healthy growth of minors, and use the power of the rule of law to help build safe campuses. The "unified and centralized handling model" of juvenile cases was identified by the Provincial People's Procuratorate as an innovative practice base, and the court organs were commended as the province's "Outstanding Unit for the Special Action on Legal Supervision for the Protection of Minors".
