In order to make every effort to build a low-carbon green new energy transportation system with the regional characteristics of Tuoketuo County, build a demonstration channel for new energy smart green transportation, achieve systematic energy saving, carbon reduction, cost reduction and efficiency increase, and promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of Tuoketuo County. On April 23, the People's Government of Tuoketuo County, Inner Mongolia High-speed Technology Industry Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Jinchuang Holding Group Co., Ltd. comprehensively deepened the strategic cooperative relationship and signed a tripartite cooperation agreement on the new energy smart green transportation demonstration project in Tuoketuo County.
It is understood that the new energy smart green transportation demonstration project in Tuoketuo County is based on the coal transportation scene from Datang International Tuoketuo Power Plant to Jungger Banner, and jointly builds a new energy smart green transportation demonstration project in Tuoketuo County, taking the demonstration channel as an opportunity to form the measured data of new energy heavy trucks and replacement (charging) power stations through trial operation, data analysis, post-project evaluation and other stages, and finally form a global development plan for new energy green transportation in Tuoketuo County, and build a new energy green transportation channel in Tuoketuo County. Under the premise of complying with relevant national laws and regulations and maintaining fair competition in the market, and in accordance with the principle of "complementary advantages, mutual benefit and reciprocity", we will establish a long-term cooperation mechanism to carry out multi-level, multi-field and multi-form cooperation to achieve common development.
At the meeting, the People's Government of Tuoketuo County and Jinchuang Group Co., Ltd. also signed an investment cooperation agreement on the integrated green ecological project of optical storage, charging and replacement in Jinchuang Tuoketuo County, which includes five investment projects: green transportation (new energy heavy truck transportation, charging and swapping stations), green energy (photovoltaic power generation), zero-carbon industrial park, zero-carbon mine and carbon trading. The total planned investment of the project is 22 billion yuan, and the proposed implementation period of the project is from 2024 to 2030.
