In the case of a dispute over a village committee's application for the enforcement of a rural land contract for a village committee, a village committee contracted 50 acres of land for breeding operations, and after the expiration of the operation, the village committee did not register and participate in the bidding and bidding at the time specified in the announcement. After public bidding and bidding, on January 5, 2021, the Tangkou was won by Zhao Moumou, an outsider to the case, because Fu Moumou refused to let out of the Tangkou, the village committee sued to the Yandu Court, and the Yandu Court ruled in accordance with the law that Fu Moumou vacated and let go of the 50 acres of land involved in the case, and Fu Moumou refused to perform, and a village committee applied to the Yandu Court for enforcement. During the enforcement process, the presiding judge posted a vacating notice in accordance with the law, requiring Fu XX to vacate the land within a time limit, but Fu XX still refused to perform, and the Yandu Court organized a forced vacancy.
The implementation of the action invited the District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision to dispatch the 12th Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group responsible comrades to participate in the supervision, and the implementation site was recorded and videotaped by the staff of the notary office.
During the enforcement process, the person subject to enforcement and his family resist enforcement, and the enforcement judge takes them away separately and patiently persuades them.
Under the on-site supervision and witness of the discipline inspection team and notary personnel, the enforcement personnel shall count, register, and move the property of the person subject to enforcement around the fish pond involved in the case. After more than four hours, the final evacuation operation was successfully completed and handed over to the applicant for execution, and the case was successfully executed.
