Recently, in order to further optimize the highway safety environment and ensure the safety of the public, the Funing Highway Center organized a centralized clean-up action under the bridge to comprehensively rectify the flammable materials accumulated under the bridge.
The maintenance inspectors found that there was a long-term dumping of garbage and stacking of flammable materials in the space under the bridge, which not only affected the beauty and traffic safety of the bridge, but also had great fire hazards. In the event of a fire, it will not only cause property damage, but may also cause damage to the bridge structure, endangering the safety of passing vehicles and pedestrians. The Funing Highway Center paid great attention to it, first carried out a comprehensive investigation of the space under the bridge, and then implemented a centralized cleaning operation of the space under the bridge. Organize maintenance personnel to wear reflective vests and carry professional tools to clean up the flammable materials accumulated under the bridge one by one. A total of 10 places were cleaned up in the space under the bridge.
In the next step, the Funing Highway Center will continue to strengthen the inspection and management of the space under the bridge in its jurisdiction, and find and clean up the space under the bridge in view of the phenomenon of occupying the space under the bridge. And by visiting the people along the line to carry out law popularization publicity, explain the hazards of piling up garbage and flammable materials under the bridge, so that they can realize the serious consequences that may be caused by the indiscriminate stacking under the bridge, enhance the awareness of the people along the road and protect the bridge, and lay the foundation for the construction of safe highways.
