What is terrorism
The Counter-Terrorism Law of the People's Republic of China was adopted by the 18th Session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on 27 December 2015 and came into force on 1 January 2016.

You can report to the police on duty in the vicinity, the local public security organ, or through the "110" police telephone, the "12110" SMS alarm platform, the public security organ's WeChat public platform, and email.
