On April 22, the Qingxi People's Court of Qianwei County People's Court properly concluded a property service contract dispute case by means of circuit trial in a small area of Xinmin Community in Xiaogu Town.
This case is a dispute arising out of the owner's non-payment of strata fees. In the process of understanding the case, Han Jun, president of the Qingxi court, learned that there are still several owners in the community who refuse to pay the property fees.
After the verdict was announced, a number of owners asked questions and consulted the judge, and the judge responded to the concerns of the masses one-on-one and answered questions on the spot. The court officers and police distributed brochures to the crowd at the scene to guide the owners to protect their rights in accordance with the law and consciously fulfill their obligations to pay property fees.
After the conclusion of the case, the Qingxi Court conducted an in-depth discussion and exchange with the community cadres on the property management of the community, and the community cadres said that "several owners immediately paid the outstanding property fees after learning that the court was about to go to the community to hear the case." The residents of the community also said: "Today's circuit trial and law popularization lecture are very useful, and there is also correct guidance for dealing with similar contradictions and disputes in the future, and this kind of down-to-earth activity can be done more!"
"Small property" is related to "big people's livelihood", although the subject matter of property disputes is small, it involves many subjects and is related to the people's livelihood. In the next step, Qianwei Court will continue to explore the "doorstep" service mechanism for property disputes, deeply practice the "Fengqiao experience" in the new era, and effectively promote the governance of the source of conflicts and disputes.
