Porsche has unveiled two new Cayenne GTS models this year, with new upgrades in terms of power, which are now available for pre-order.
The exterior has not changed much, with a red paint job, and the GTS model has a sportier look than the regular version, which is 10mm lower. The body lines, blacked-out headlight clusters, red brake calipers and 21-inch RS Spyder grey tyres are instantly recognisable.
Inside, the Cayenne GTS seats are upholstered in Race-Tex suede, a heated GT sports steering wheel and eight-way adjustable sports seats, with a new curved digital instrument cluster and bold red GTS embroidery on the seat backs.
The new Cayenne GTS and GTS Coupé models are equipped with a 4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that produces a maximum output of 500 hp, an increase of 40 hp over the previous model. The matching eight-speed automatic manual transmission has also been optimised, reducing throttle response and shift time in Sport and Sport Plus modes, helping to improve driving performance.
In terms of chassis technology, the GTS model inherits the innovative technology of the high-performance Cayenne Turbo GT, adopts a GTS-specific chassis with a lower ride height, and is also equipped with dual-valve shock absorber technology to improve cornering agility, which can adapt to multiple terrain and road conditions.
Finally, the new Cayenne GTS and GTS Coupé are priced at 124,900 US dollars (about 905,000 yuan) and 129,500 US dollars (about 940,000 yuan) respectively, and they are now available for pre-order and will be the first to be delivered in Europe this summer, so don't miss it if you're interested~
