What is Three Branches and One Support?
The three branches and one support is the implementation policy of the grassroots level of graduates, which refers to the fact that college students go to the rural grassroots level after graduation to engage in agricultural support, education, medical support and poverty alleviation work. Branch doctors
Medical majors are generally restricted.

Agriculture
Some restrictions on agronomy majors.
Mainly engaged in agriculture-related and water-related work in townships and towns. For example, rural science popularization work, family planning work, cashier work, etc.
Poverty alleviation
There are generally no work restrictions.

Conversion upon expiration of service
Hainan, Hubei, Henan, Jilin, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Shandong, Jiangsu and other provinces of the "three branches and one support" personnel who have served for 2 years and passed the assessment shall be openly recruited as staff of township institutions by means of assessment and inspection.
