After strict recommendation and careful review, the higher-level Young Pioneers Committee decided to award the "Red Scarf Medal" to 40 Young Pioneers including Zhang Siqi and the sixth-eighth-star collective two-star medal, and decided to award the Red Scarf Medal to five Young Pioneers of the second (5th) squadron, Yan Shiyu of the third (4th) squadron, Wang Zirui of the third (6th) squadron, Liu Chenmiao of the sixth (16th) squadron, and Luo Xinran of the seventh (9th) squadron of the Red Scarf Medal of the five Young Pioneers.
The stars carry dreams, and the stars illuminate the future. The "Red Scarf Medal" awarding ceremony not only commended the advanced, but also set an example for all the Young Pioneers.
