In 2024, Guangde City will introduce urgently needed educational talents

(Compulsory Education Stage)

In order to further implement the strategy of strengthening the city with talents, after the research of the Talent Work Leading Group of the Guangde Municipal Party Committee, in accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, competition and merit, it is planned to introduce 15 urgently needed educational talents in the compulsory education stage to the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the introduction plan

This time, a total of 13 positions were set up to introduce 15 urgently needed educational talents, of which 7 posts were set up in post (1), see Annex 1 for details, and 6 posts were set up in post (2), see Annex 2 for details.

There are two groups A and B in the four subjects of Chinese for secondary school, mathematics for secondary school, English for secondary school and physics for secondary school. According to the registration situation, if there is a vacancy in the number of planned positions introduced in Group A, the planned number of vacant positions will be directly included in the corresponding planned number of positions in Group B.

Second, the introduction of objects and conditions

(1) Basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Love education, abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct and professional ethics;

3. Physically and mentally healthy, able to adapt to job requirements;

4. Meet other conditions required for the recruitment position.

(2) Qualifications

See Annex 1 for the specific qualifications for post (1), and Annex 2 for the specific qualifications for post (2).

If the candidate's major is similar or similar to the professional requirements, the leading group for the introduction of educational talents will review and confirm whether it meets the professional requirements.

(3) Persons with any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination

1. Personnel who do not meet the requirements of the introduction of post conditions;

2. Formal staff of party and government organs and institutions in Guangde City (including probationary personnel);

3. Non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities;

4. Active-duty military personnel;

5. Persons who have been identified by the government education department and the human resources and social security department as having disciplinary violations in the examination and are within the suspension period;

6. Persons who have previously received criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have been dismissed from public office, persons who have not yet completed the period for receiving Party discipline and government sanctions, or persons who are currently undergoing disciplinary review, persons who are in the period of criminal punishment or who are undergoing judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

7. Persons in other circumstances who are not allowed to participate in the examination or be hired as staff of public institutions as prescribed by law.

3. Introduction methods and procedures

Organize and implement in accordance with the steps of announcement, online registration, qualification review, written examination, qualification review, interview, physical examination and inspection, publicity and employment.

(1) Publish an announcement

The announcement of the introduction of talents was released through Guangde Pioneer Network (www.gdxf.gov.cn).

(2) Online registration

1. Registration time:

Position (1) Registration time: from 8:00 on May 1, 2024 to 17:30 on May 20, 2024.

Position (2) Registration time: from 8:00 on May 1, 2024 to 17:30 on May 26, 2024.

2. How to register:

Candidates log in to the online registration service platform to register, registration website: https://gdzk.xinanpta.cn/.

Applicants should fill in their personal information according to the requirements of the registration system (their work history and experience must be complete and uninterrupted), and upload their valid resident ID cards, academic degree certificates and other relevant supporting materials for qualifications. Among them, fresh graduates who have not yet obtained academic qualifications and degree certificates must provide the "Employment Recommendation Form for College Graduates" signed by the graduate employment guidance department of the university, and foreign students must provide the academic degree certification issued by the Ministry of Education (Note: If the information provided by the applicant is incomplete, resulting in the inability to determine whether it is qualified, it will be regarded as unqualified).

3. Each applicant is limited to one position, and uses his or her valid resident ID card to register and take the exam.

The information filled in by the applicant must be consistent with his or her actual situation, application conditions and the requirements of the position he or she is applying for. Those who commit fraud will be disqualified from examinations and employment once verified.

The qualification review runs through the whole process of talent introduction, and if the applicant is found to be inconsistent with the prescribed conditions in a certain link, his qualification will be cancelled.

(3) Qualification review

Position (1) After registration, applicants can log in to the online registration service platform at any time to check whether they have passed the qualification review until 12:00 on May 22, 2024. Those who have passed the qualification examination shall not be re-applied for other positions, and those who have not yet been reviewed or failed to pass the qualification examination can be re-applied to other positions before 12:00 on May 22, 2024.

Position (2) After registration, applicants can log in to the online registration service platform at any time to check whether they have passed the qualification review until 12:00 on May 28, 2024. Those who have passed the qualification examination shall not be re-applied to other positions, and those who have not yet been reviewed or failed to pass the qualification examination can be re-applied to other positions before 12:00 on May 28, 2024.

(4) Written examination

Position (1) There is no written test.

Position (2) Those who have passed the online registration qualification examination shall log in to the registration system at the specified time to print the written examination admission ticket (the specific time will be notified separately). Candidates bring their valid resident ID cards and written test admission tickets to the examination room to participate in the written test.

The full score of the written test is 120 points, and the score of the written test is set at 72 points. If the written test score does not reach the minimum control passing score line, the qualification to enter the next link will be cancelled.

Time and place of the written test: Please refer to the "Written Examination Admission Ticket" for details.

(5) Qualification review

Candidates participating in the interview must go to the designated place within the specified time to undergo qualification review. During the qualification review, the original documents and certificates related to the registration shall be provided for verification.

Position (1) Those who pass the online registration qualification review and pass the qualification review shall be directly determined as interview candidates.

Position (2) according to the candidates' written test scores from high to low scores, according to the number of talent introduction positions, according to the ratio of 3:1 to determine the personnel to participate in the interview, the last one if there are more than one candidates with the same written test scores, together with the determination of candidates for the interview. If it is equal to or less than the planned number of talent introduction positions, it will be directly determined as the interview candidate. Those who fail to pass the qualification review or fail to participate in the on-site qualification review on time will be disqualified from participating in the interview. If there is a vacancy in the number of candidates, it will be filled in equal amounts according to the written test results from the highest score to the lowest score. The qualification review time will be notified separately.

(6) Interview

Those who enter the interview must bring their valid resident ID cards and admission tickets to participate in the interview according to the specified requirements.

The interview will be conducted in the form of a trial lecture, with a full score of 100 points, and the interview score of 70 points will be set as the minimum control passing score line. If the interview score does not reach the minimum control passing score line, the qualification to enter the next link will be cancelled. According to the number of talent introduction plans and the candidates' interview results, from high scores to low scores, the physical examination and inspection objects are determined in equal amounts according to the ratio of 1:1 (post (1) if the interview score is the same, the method of additional test will be adopted, and the additional test plan will be announced separately; post (2) if the interview score is the same, the one with the highest score in the written test will be preferred, and if the candidate's interview and written test scores are the same, the method of additional test will be adopted, and the additional test plan will be announced separately). The determination of the replacement personnel shall be carried out in accordance with this provision.

(7) Physical examination and inspection

Physical examinations and inspections shall be organized and implemented in accordance with regulations. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the "Notice on Revision<安徽省教师资格申请人员体检标准及办法>" (Jiao Mi Ren [2004] No. 56) and the "Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination of Teacher Qualifications" (Anhui Teacher [2011] No. 1). The content of the examination mainly includes the candidate's ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance (academic performance), and whether it is necessary to recuse and other aspects.

If there is a vacancy in the physical examination and inspection link, it will be filled once in equal amounts among the interviewers for the same position according to their grades.

(8) Publicity and employment

The results of each link of talent introduction are published on the Guangde Pioneer website. Among them, the relevant information of the personnel to be hired will be publicized for 7 working days. If there is no objection after the announcement or the results of the publicity do not affect the employment, the approval procedures shall be performed in accordance with the procedures. After the end of the publicity, if there are two or more talent introduction units in the same discipline, the personnel to be introduced will be selected according to the interview score from high to low score ranking to determine the talent introduction unit (if the interview score is the same, the one with the highest score in the written test is preferred.) If the candidates' interview and written test scores are the same, they will take the method of additional examination), and sign the employment contract of the public institution with the talent introduction unit, and go through the employment and other formalities according to the prescribed procedures; otherwise, it will be deemed to have given up automatically and their employment qualifications will be cancelled. The introduction of talents shall be hired as staff of public institutions in accordance with the regulations, and a work agreement shall be signed with the employer for no less than 5 years, and the talent treatment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of Guangde City for the introduction of educational talents.

For those who fail to report within the time specified by the introduction unit, their employment qualifications will be cancelled. Those who violate the relevant regulations on talent introduction or fail to provide the corresponding level of academic qualifications, degrees and other supporting materials required by the post before the specified date will be disqualified from employment.

Fourth, related matters

This "Announcement" is interpreted by the Guangde Municipal Education and Sports Bureau.

The introduction of talents is supervised by the Guangde Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and is fully subject to the supervision of all sectors of society.

The follow-up information of this talent introduction will be released on the Guangde Pioneer Network (www.gdxf.gov.cn) one after another, and candidates are requested to log in in time to inquire without further notice.
