San'in County will hold the 2024 Young Pioneers Counselor
Vocational skills competition
On April 22, the Shanyin County Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Shanyin County Education Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Federation of Trade Unions, and the Young Pioneers Work Committee jointly held the 2024 Young Pioneers Counselor Vocational Skills Competition. The competition was held at the sixth elementary school in the county. Fifteen Young Pioneer counselors from 10 primary and secondary schools in Sanyin County participated in the competition.
The 2024 Young Pioneers Counselor Vocational Skills Competition in Shanyin County has three parts: basic knowledge test, Young Pioneer activity case display, and personal style display, which comprehensively examines the comprehensive ability of participating Young Pioneer counselors. The Young Pioneers counselors focused on political enlightenment and value shaping, and competed on the same stage. Creativity, photos, videos, well-designed courseware, clear expression, confident and high-spirited mental state, multi-angle, multi-level and multi-faceted show the enthusiastic work attitude and excellent comprehensive quality of the Young Pioneers counselors. The Young Pioneers counselors also combined their interests, hobbies, specialties and their own work experience to show their personal demeanor and express their good wishes for the cause of the Young Pioneers.
After fierce competition and comprehensive scoring by the judges, the Young Pioneers Counselor Vocational Skills Competition won 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 3 most beautiful style awards, several excellence awards, and 5 excellent organization awards. It fully demonstrates the professional level and youthful demeanor of the Young Pioneers counselors in our county.
This competition has built a platform for learning and communication for the county's Young Pioneers counselors, and has played a positive role in promoting the work level of the county's Young Pioneers.
