On the eve of China Aerospace Day, NVC Lighting held a grand event with the theme of "Life with Light, Natural Illumination - Associated with Appropriate Light Technology Conference" at the Chengdu Science Fiction Museum, which attracted the attention of more than 1,000 guests.
At the press conference, NVC Lighting and China Aerospace Research Institutions jointly built the China Aerospace Lighting Science and Technology Laboratory, which launched a revolutionary initiative in the domestic lighting industry - "Associated Adaptive Light Technology". The "Little Lei Yijia" and "Chopin" series of new products that are the first to use this technology were also officially released, and at the same time, the "Light Picking Project" was launched together with the China Space Foundation and One Foundation, two major public welfare organizations.
People-oriented, mission-driven: reshaping the value of light
At the meeting, Lin Liangqi, CEO of NVC Lighting, emphasized that lighting technology should not only focus on reducing costs and increasing efficiency, but also reshape the value of light from the perspective of users.
He proposed that "at present, the mainland manufacturing industry is in a critical period of transformation of new quality productivity, and the lighting industry, which has long been homogeneous and involutional, also needs to look back and fundamentally think about its own development path." In Lin Liangqi's view, the mission of the lighting industry is to enhance the value of light for users: "In 2020, we proposed to 'reshape the value of light' and positioned it as the most important strategic direction of NVC Lighting, which is a system-wide self-transformation. We must change from the past production thinking to user thinking, in order to force us to seek breakthroughs in technology and innovation in models. To be the industry's leading lighting technology, it is the key to meet the core needs of users. ”

At the press conference, Wang Hongbo, vice president of NVC Lighting R&D, gave an in-depth and unique sharing on "associated adaptive light technology".
"Adaptive light technology is a visual, physical and emotional reproduction of natural light, close to natural light, and at the same time more controllable, more convenient than natural light, more intelligent to modern life. Wang Hongbo said, "The core of the associated natural light technology is people-centered, with natural light as the goal, carefully selected the color gamut presented by natural light, giving full play to the advantages of the current LED spectrum technology, carefully refining and after many iterations and verifications, redefining the new three primary colors suitable for healthy lighting, combined with intelligent control and light mixing algorithms, for the first time in the industry, it can reproduce the wide range of white light and soft light light presented by natural light with three colors." ”
It is understood that NVC Lighting attaches great importance to the research and development of the underlying technology, and since the rebranding, the annual R&D investment accounts for no less than 6% of revenue, has more than 800 patents, and participates in the research and development of national projects and the formulation (revision) of more than 110 standards. At the beginning of 2023, the preparation and various R&D work of the China Aerospace Lighting Science and Technology Laboratory will be carried out, and the relevant demonstration of big data of nearly 100,000 user scenarios accumulated in the past will be carried out to create the first domestic and international leading associated adaptive light technology.
"The cooperation with the 510 Institute of the Fifth Academy of Sciences under the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, especially in the field of aerospace human factors engineering, has pressed the acceleration button for our research and development. We have joined forces with cross-disciplinary expert groups including aerospace, psychology, optics and other fields to develop the associated adaptive light technology. At the scene, NVC Lighting invited Dai Qi, a professor, doctoral supervisor and health lighting expert from Fudan University, Yang Jun, head of the Electromechanical Products Division/Space Station Lighting Project of the 510 Institute of the Fifth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (Lanzhou Institute of Space Technology and Physics), Zhang Zhiyong, a psychologist from Peking University, Wang Hongbo, vice president of NVC Lighting R&D, and many other "science and technology co-creation officers" who participated in the research and development of the technology were officially unveiled, and the experts will continue to empower the subsequent iteration and upgrading of the technology.
Zhang Zhiyong, a psychologist at Peking University, said that people in modern urban life spend nearly 90% of their time indoors, so the design of people-oriented lighting systems is closely related to the working environment and human health, happiness and work ability.
Aerospace-grade light lights up thousands of households
Relying on the "Associated Adaptive Light Technology", NVC Lighting officially released the "Xiao Lei Yi Home" series of home health lighting products for urban white-collar workers and the "Chopin" series of full-scene health lighting for high-end hotels. Designed for urban families, "Little Lei Yi Home" solves the complex and expensive problems of smart lighting products on the market, and provides a convenient and healthy lighting experience. The "Chopin" series is aimed at high-end hotel customers, reshaping the lighting experience, integrating technology and atmosphere, and realizing the perfect combination of functionality and scene.
Dai Qi, a professor at Fudan University, a doctoral supervisor and an expert in healthy lighting, said: "Spectral optimization is the cornerstone of further progress in lighting technology, and only by mastering this algorithm technology can we accurately realize the 'intelligent cutting' of light like a tailor, and meet the innovative design of scenes with different lighting needs, so as to achieve high-quality and efficient healthy rhythm lighting." ”
At the scene, NVC Lighting, together with the China Space Foundation and One Foundation, jointly launched the "Light Picking Project" public welfare activity - it plans to cover 300 schools by 2025 and improve the light environment of 500,000 young people, demonstrating the company's public welfare mentality and the concept of science and technology inclusion. Lin Liangqi said that this technology release not only represents an innovation, but also a contribution to society, and NVC Lighting will continue to lead the society towards a better future.
