On the morning of April 21, the 2024 "Fucai Dream Fulfillment and Warm Children's Heart" public welfare theme activity was officially launched in Tianjin Guotu Jinwan Cultural and Creative Space. Tianjin Welfare Lottery Distribution Center, Municipal Children's Activity Center (Tianjin Children's Palace), Communist Youth League Heping District Committee, Communist Youth League Xiqing District Committee and other organizers carefully planned this event, planning to help children from rural disaster-stricken families in Liubu Village, Xiqing District and other places in April to May, relying on "Tianjin culture" and other forms, to carry out visits, training, experience, performances and other activities, into the intangible cultural heritage site and cultural and museum venues, so that children can feel the cultural heritage of Tianjin City, and use knowledge to broaden their horizons.
