Labor Day is approaching, and the theme of this event is Labor Day, conveying the power of labor spirit and craftsman spirit to the majority of employees. This event will invite model workers and craftsmen from all walks of life as leaders to lead everyone to feel the power and charm of the craftsman spirit.
As a brand sports event created by Chongzhou around the "Tianfu Township Tour", it is sponsored by the Chongzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Chongzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Chongzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Chongzhou Women's Federation, the Chongzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the People's Government of Liaojia Town, Chongzhou City, and the Chongzhou Sports Federation, and the "Fan Run 2024 Chongzhou Greenway 100km Challenge" organized by the Chongzhou Running Sports Association and Chengdu Shanye Culture, Sports and Tourism Co., Ltd It is divided into 10 stations, and each station will choose a different greenway as the track, and the race group (10 km), fun group and parent-child group (5 km) will be set up for each station.

This season's Fan Run was held in the Pearl Community of Liaojia Town, interpreting the expression of the park city and countryside in the way of the integrated development of agriculture, commerce, culture, tourism and sports, watching the colorful forest and experiencing the colorful countryside in the way of running, driving the development of boutique homestays, special catering, theme farms and leisure courtyards, and promoting rural revitalization.
Liaojia Town
Liaojia Town is located in the northeast of Chongzhou City, with an area of 44.17 square kilometers, 7 villages, 2 communities, 133 village (resident) groups, a registered population of 37,000 and a permanent population of 31,000. The town has five rivers through the border, rich resources, convenient transportation and profound heritage. The advantages of industries such as flower seedlings, grain and oil planting, wood carving furniture, red research and water and wood health care are more prominent. With Chongzhou Ancient Art Sculpture Museum, "Liaojia Wood Carving" intangible cultural heritage sharing village, "Army Soul Eternal" theme park, "Huailu" Academy and other cultural and tourism points, it has successfully created 3 provincial-level rural revitalization demonstration villages - Minhe Village, Quanxing Village and Liaochang Village, and 2 Chengdu AAA-level Linpan Scenic Spots - Wood Art Village and Lujialin. According to the content of the "Compilation of Road Running Management Documents of the Chinese Athletics Association (2022)", the rules of this competition are announced as follows:
(1) The route of the competition
Parent-child group/fun group (5KM)

(2) Qualifications
1. Requirements for participants:
a. Minors under the age of 18 (including those born in 2006) - under the age of 70 (including those born in 1954) and minors under the age of 12-18 must sign the declaration of participation by their guardians or legal representatives, and their parents must be accompanied by their parents after signing up for the competition.
b. The actual age of valid documents such as ID cards of participating athletes must meet the age requirements of the competition regulations of the 2024 Greenway 100km Challenge in Chongzhou City.
2. Participants' physical condition requirements
The following persons are not eligible to participate in the competition:
a. For patients with congenital heart disease, myocarditis, severe arrhythmia and other heart diseases, sudden death and death from heat stroke are diseases and are not covered by insurance, and the organizing committee does not assume any responsibility and compensation;
b. Patients with coronary artery disease and cerebrovascular disease;
c. Patients with hypertension and diabetes;
d. Pregnant women;
e. Those who have suffered from a cold or new crown infection within two weeks before the competition date are not suitable to participate;
f. Patients with other diseases that are not suitable for exercise;
g. Those who are advised by doctors not to participate in strenuous exercise;
h. Those involved in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular surgery and organ removal surgery cannot participate in this competition.
3. It is forbidden to bring fire on the track.
4. It is forbidden to bring pets, scooters, scooters and other borrowed tools on the track.
(3) Registration channels and competition materials
1. All participating athletes should scan the QR code below to enter the registration within the specified time;
2. Registration deadline is April 23 or full.
All players must wear the number plate of the tournament correctly (the number plate is worn on the chest) and arrive at the designated area at least 30 minutes before the race for check-in.
3. Athletes who have successfully registered will be assigned to the number, and after the deadline for the numbering, the athletes can enter the WeChat public account of Shanye Media to check the entry number;
4. Race materials: number plates, pins. Pick up the race materials by SMS.
5. Pick-up of race items: Athletes who have successfully registered, please pay attention to the official official account, and the specific collection time, place and related details will be released on the WeChat public account of Shanye Media before the competition.
Note: I hold the relevant documents to collect on the spot, and it is not allowed to collect the competition materials on behalf of the participants, exchange number plates, etc., once found, their qualifications will be cancelled, so all the risks arising shall be fully responsible for the participants, and the organizing committee shall not be responsible.
6. After successful registration, the organizing committee agrees to use the athletes' video materials for event-related publicity.
7. If there is any illegal means to encroach on the materials and occupy the registration quota, the qualification to participate in this year's "All Runs" will be cancelled after verification by the organizing committee.
(4) Application fee
1. For public welfare events, the registration fee is 0 yuan, and the insurance premium is 15 per person (including 1 million yuan for sudden death insurance);
2. The organizing committee has the right to decide whether to accept the registration according to the registration situation. The insurance premium will not be refunded after successful registration.
3. According to the reimbursement items stipulated in the Insurance Law, injuries and illnesses caused by one's own diseases will not be reimbursed.
(5) Competition methods
1. The competition adopts the induction timing system, the induction timing chip will start timing when the athletes pass the starting point, and the top three will be judged by the gunshot as the athlete's results (the others will be taken as the athletes' results), and the top three in the competitive group and the competitive group will be rewarded in the age group of 45 to 65 years old.
2. The organizing committee provides induction timing services for all athletes, and has an induction timing belt at the start/finish point, and sets up the scanning gun timing at the turnaround point, and the athletes must pass all the ground induction timing tape and scanning gun timing points.
3. This competition uses a one-time induction timing chip, and no chip deposit is charged. The timing chip will be distributed at the same time as the numbered plate at the event pick-up site.
4. Runners who arrive 5 minutes after the start are not allowed to participate.
(6) Reward and punishment measures
1. Statistical methods for achievements
Wear the number plate as required, shall not be blocked, altered, after the completion of the race according to the timing results of the ranking induction timing chip will start timing when the athletes pass the starting point, the top three to the gunshot results as the athletes' results (the other to the net timing as the athletes' results), the admission of the competitive group, the competition group 45 years old to 65 years old age group top three awards.
2. Incentives
Year: Any runner who finishes 5 stations or more in 2024 can receive a 2024 customs clearance medal.
After the completion of the race, according to the timing results and manual timing, the top three men and women in the 10km group and the top three men and women in the age group of 45 to 65 years old in the 10km group will be rewarded.
3. Ranking rewards (including tax bonuses)
10km group male and female first place: 800 yuan cash;
Second place in 10km group for men and women: 600 yuan in cash;
Third place for men and women in the 10km group: 400 yuan in cash;
In addition, the top three runners in the 10km group aged 45-65 will receive a prize.
Fan Run is a public welfare event, aiming to promote national fitness, and there is no finish medal at this station. (It is not duplicated with the second prize content of the event regulations, only one of them can be selected, and the award obtained in this group will be postponed to the next athlete)
4. The lottery can only be collected by the person with the number plate. Verify identity by phone on site, and do not allow you to collect it on your behalf.
5. Penalties
The organizing committee will monitor the starting point, finish point and every 5 km timing point, and those who violate the following competition regulations will be disqualified from the race, and their personal information will be entered into the registration identification system, and they will not be allowed to participate in the race for two years.
a. False age registration or substitution by others after registration;
b. Participants carry other people's timing chips or a contestant carries two or more timing chips at the same time (including male players and female players) to participate in the competition;
c. Failure to start in a non-designated area in accordance with the prescribed starting order;
d. There is a violation of rule 1 at the start;
e. Returning to the track after the cut-off time is up and not stopping the race or exiting the race;
f. Failure to complete the whole process of the reported project along the prescribed route, take a shortcut or insert it on the way to transportation;
g. Repeat the souvenir at the finish line without following the requirements of the regulations;
h. Those who have not completed the course and receive souvenirs through the finish line without permission;
i. The athlete does not carry his own number plate to the finish line according to the regulations;
j. Forging number plates without permission, using number plates from other events to receive finishers and finisher medals through the finish line;
k. Altering or covering the number plate without permission to participate in the competition or transfer the number plate;
l. Passing the finish line with chips not issued by the organizing committee;
m. Finish the race in a relay mode;
n. Disobeying the command of the event staff, interfering with the event, fighting, or gathering crowds to make trouble;
o. Those who use false information to obtain qualifications or transfer the number plate to others after registration shall be responsible for all the consequences that occur in the competition;
p. Completing the race with the help of transportation, such as riding, cycling, roller skating, scooters, etc., will cancel the results, and will be treated as a withdrawal and persuaded to leave the track.

r. Other violations of the rules.

(7) Closing time and containment
The closing time of this competition is:
The containment of all running events is to provide the necessary services and guarantees for athletes to ensure that they can participate and complete the race smoothly, and athletes who are shut out, injured or withdrawn for other reasons will be handled according to the following process
1. Each supply point will shelter the retired athletes on the spot: After understanding the situation of the athletes, the station manager will provide help and care in a timely manner, contact rescue vehicles, and transfer the athletes to the starting and finishing points.
2. Dietary Supplements: The Replenishment Station provides drinking water stations and replenishment stations to ensure that retired athletes have access to drinking water and food at all times.
3. Medical security: Set up medical aid stations, equipped with professional medical teams and first-aid equipment. Ensure that the athletes in custody have access to timely medical assistance.
4. Staff arrangement: The CP station manager organizes the Red Cross ambulance personnel, including volunteers and staff, to be responsible for shelter management and services. The specific implementation details can be adjusted and optimized according to the actual situation. Ensure that athletes are well served and safeguarded during the shelter process.
3. Medical aid
1. The organizing committee will set up a fixed medical point at the starting and ending points of all events and CP points, and set up medical volunteers along the way to assist in medical aid and maintain the order of the competition.
2. The organizing committee will set up a rescue team on the track to assist in medical aid and maintain the order of the race.
3. Medical rescue personnel have the right to terminate the athlete's continued participation according to the athlete's rescue situation.
Fourth, the circuit breaker mechanism
1. Weather conditions: In extreme weather conditions, such as strong winds, heavy rain, lightning, etc., the organizing committee has the right to interrupt the competition according to the assessment of meteorological data, and if there are potential safety hazards, the organizing committee has the right to interrupt the competition after research. By issuing an alarm or notifying the athletes to stop the race in time, and guiding the athletes to a safe place to take shelter, waiting for the weather conditions to ease before deciding whether to continue the race, the rescue team goes to the track to check the placement of athletes, and sets up rescue vehicles at each emergency evacuation intersection.
2. Emergencies: If an accident such as an earthquake, landslide, fire or other event poses a threat to the competition route or the safety of athletes, the organizing committee has the right to immediately activate the circuit breaker mechanism. Evacuation instructions are given to athletes via walkie-talkie and telephone, and they are directed to a safe place to wait for rescue or further instructions.
3. Event Adjustments and Delays: If there is an unforeseen emergency during the game, the circuit breaker mechanism may also cause the game to not continue. In this case, the organizing committee has the right to make timely adjustments, such as postponing the race time, changing the course or canceling the race, etc., to ensure the safety of athletes.
