At the request of multiple authors, the deadline for papers has been extended to May 6, 2024

The CCF Big Data Conference is one of the most influential and largest academic conferences in the field of big data in China, and has been successfully held for 11 sessions. The 12th CCF BigData 2024 will be held in Qingdao, Shandong Province during August 9-11, 2024.

With the theme of "Model-Driven Innovation, Data Generates the Future", this conference will jointly discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by the field of big data in the era of digital economy and large models, and carry out academic exchanges and discussions on the processing, management, analysis and governance of big data. Experts from industry and relevant functional departments provide a platform for exchange and cooperation, share the latest research results and practical experience, jointly explore the innovative application of big data in various fields, promote the development of big data technology and industry, and contribute wisdom and strength to the construction of digital China.

Scope of Papers

This big data academic conference will solicit conference papers on the scientific basic theories, key technical methods and systems related to big data, and big data application research. The scope of the call for papers includes but is not limited to the following:

•Basic theories and methods of data science

•Big data system architecture and infrastructure

•Big data storage management models, technologies and systems

•Big data parallel computing models, frameworks and systems

•Theory and Technology of Computing Network Model

•Cloud-native big data system platform technology

•Big data analysis and mining and intelligent computing methods

•Big data collection and pre-processing technology

•Optimization modeling of big data problems and their algorithms, etc

•Big Data Generative Model Theory and Technology

•Technical methods and standards for data elements

•Big data governance technologies and tools

•Big data sharing, open technology methods and standards

•Network big data modeling and application

•Industry big data and large models

• Big data privacy and security protection

•Big data visualization analysis and calculation

•Big data industry and government applications

•Optimization and application practices of mainstream open source big data systems

•Big data system solutions and tool platforms

• Other research questions related to big data

Submission Requirements

• Papers must not have been published, please do not submit more than one manuscript.

•Accept submissions in both Chinese and English.

–Chinese paper layout standard A4 format, Word or PDF format, manuscripts should be written in accordance with the length and format requirements of journals such as Journal of Computers, Computer Research and Development, etc.

– The English paper layout is A4 format, Word or PDF format, and the manuscript is written according to the length and format requirements of the Springer CCIS conference paper. (Template provided by Springer: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines)

•All submissions will be double-blind reviewed, and the paper should not contain any author-related information (such as name, affiliation, email, mailing address, funding project, etc.), and explicit self-citation (e.g., "Our previous work [xx]" should be avoided in the main text).

•Students (excluding postdoctoral fellows and working doctoral students) should indicate in the footnote of the first page of the manuscript for the first author of the paper, otherwise they will not be eligible to participate in the "Best Student Paper Award".

All Chinese papers accepted by the conference will be recommended to the following Chinese cooperative journals for publication according to their quality, and there will be no separate Chinese proceedings.

The accepted English papers will be recommended for publication in the following English cooperative journals based on their quality, and the rest of the accepted English papers will be included in the conference proceedings and published by Springer CCIS (EI).
