Changting County held an open day for the procuratorate
On April 23, the county people's procuratorate held a procuratorial open day with the theme of "The Rule of Law Protects Half the Sky and Joins Hands to Make Contributions to a New Era". Some deputies to the People's Congress of Changting County, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, responsible comrades of women's federations and trade union organizations, experts and scholars, enthusiastic people, and volunteers of public welfare organizations were invited to the procuratorial organs. Qiu Xiangmei, secretary of the party group and chief procurator of the county procuratorate, presided over the forum.
At the county procuratorate, the invitees visited the 12309 Procuratorial Service Center, the Juvenile Procuratorate Studio, the "Manmanting" Animation Law Popularization Studio and other places, watched the relevant work exhibition boards, listened to the work of the county procuratorate in the protection of women's rights and interests in recent years, and put forward relevant opinions and suggestions.
At the symposium, Qiu Xiangmei said that in the next step, the county procuratorate will give full play to the procuratorial supervision function, continuously innovate measures to safeguard women's rights and interests, based on the functions of the "four major procuratorates", strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of women and children with relevant departments, form a joint work force, and help modernize the county's social governance system and governance capacity building for the protection of women's and children's rights and interests.
