At the time of the recovery of all things, the first cycling festival of Metro City kicked off a few days ago, with the theme of integrating the beauty of environmental protection, health and culture, and going on a spring journey of environmental protection and health with the general public.
The event was jointly organized by Metro City in collaboration with well-known cycling brands such as ChillRide, BROMPTON, NSVE, Smart and professional eyewear equipment brands, aiming to promote the concept of low-carbon travel. The event innovatively introduced the CheckPoint Up Front task level system of the City Wildcat Competition, allowing participants to start a cycling challenge with both wisdom and courage in the streets and alleys of Xuhui District.
The cycling festival has carefully planned two special routes: "Hengfu Style Seeking 'Tide' Route" and "West Bank Waterfront Chasing 'Art' Route", where participants can shuttle through the intertwined neighborhoods of history and modernity by cycling, and at the same time respond to the "Global Plastic Reduction" initiative on Earth Day, and practice "slowing down, reducing plastic, and picking up plastic" through cycling actions, so as to contribute to the protection of the beautiful earth. During the event, every wonderful moment will be captured by the riding footage recorded throughout the event, and the riders can also enjoy energy replenishment along the way.
Under the guidance of the directors of ChillRide and club100, who have experience in the planning of the Tour de France, the cycling festival provides participants with scientific and rigorous event rules and professional outdoor equipment suggestions, so that everyone can experience the fun and safety of scientific cycling while "seeing" the sunshine.
The Metro City Cycling Festival is not only a cycling competition, but also an all-round lifestyle showcase. At the event, Meiluowan vividly presented cycling scene models such as "HC Speed Pioneer", "Huawei Moment Performance", "Smart Cool Camping" and "Energy City Park", deeply interpreting the four core attributes of cycling: outdoor exploration, sports and fitness, social interaction and technological innovation, so that every participant can deeply perceive the diverse charm of cycling culture.
