Using the morning meeting, Principal Hu Yuan carried out a mobilization meeting for all teachers and students to prevent drowning publicity, led everyone to study the "Lu'an Special Action Plan for the Prevention of Drowning in Primary and Secondary Schools", and made specific arrangements for related work. He pointed out that schools should attach great importance to the work of preventing drowning, improve their political position, earnestly put the safety of students' lives in the first place, and conscientiously implement the "eight ones of drowning prevention safety publicity" activities; help students keep in mind the "six noes, two sessions, and four knows" to prevent drowning; strengthen the contact between home and school, remind parents to do a good job in the supervision of their children at home, clarify supervision responsibilities, improve safety awareness, and resolutely put an end to drowning incidents.
In addition, the school also publicizes the knowledge of drowning prevention through electronic screen subtitles, drowning prevention publicity display boards, drowning prevention theme class meetings, drowning prevention knowledge competitions, and a letter to parents, etc., to publicize drowning prevention related knowledge, emphasize the importance of drowning prevention, and let students accept drowning prevention knowledge imperceptibly, so that it can be externalized in action and internalized in heart.
