Fourth, we must further strengthen the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards. Efforts should be made to rectify and eliminate the outstanding problems and potential safety hazards exposed in the management of the team, focusing on the supervision and education of personnel in key sensitive positions and special key personnel, and accurately grasp their ideological dynamics, moral character, ability and quality and behavioral habits through strict and meticulous investigation, and strengthen the "two regular" work in a targeted manner. Fifth, it is necessary to further improve the style of work. Resolutely implement the work requirements to the end and see specific results, the party committee team implements the "main responsibility", the chief officer "first responsibility", and the members "division of labor responsibility", and steadily improves the level of standardized management and risk prevention with strict responsibility implementation system and standard system implementation system, and never makes fire rescue personnel discount in execution and discipline due to sympathy and accommodation.
