On April 23, the third plenary meeting of the Fifth Committee of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles of Rongshui Miao Autonomous County was held in the county library. 30 literary artists and literary workers from townships, new literary and artistic groups, education, culture and art and other industries attended the meeting.

Carry out the activities of "Yuanbaoshan Pen Club and 'Da Miao Mountain' Original Song Competition" on a regular basis, and form two literary and artistic fist products of Rongshui. Assist the Chinese People's Association to hold a series of activities of the 2023 Bagui Folk Customs Festival of "Our Festival, Miao Slope Meeting" to promote the beautiful meltwater.
