2024 Announcement on the Open Recruitment of Teachers for 2024 Fresh Graduates from Schools Directly under Sanya (No. 5)

In order to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction and Reform of the Teacher Team in the New Era", according to the requirements of the "Implementation Measures for the Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hainan Province" (Qiong Ren She Fa [2018] No. 516), it was decided to independently recruit a group of teachers on campus to enrich the teaching team of our school. In order to do a good job in open recruitment, combined with the actual education work in our city, the relevant matters of open recruitment are hereby announced as follows:

1. Guiding ideology and principles

(1) Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the Party's education policy, and adhere to the fundamental task of education. (1) A total of 74 teachers were recruited this time. Please refer to Appendix 1 for details of the specific recruitment positions. The hired positions are faculty and staff within the establishment of public institutions, and the wages and related benefits of the hired personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the staff of public institutions in Sanya.

(2) Recruitment target: 2024 fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who meet the requirements of this open recruitment position (including graduates of colleges and universities who have not confirmed their work units during the 2023 and 2022 career selection periods).

III. Application Requirements

(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws.

(3) Have good conduct and professional ethics, love education, be interested in the teaching profession, abide by the professional ethics of teachers, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have a strong sense of teamwork.

(4) Have profound professional skills, strong expression skills, and be competent for subject teaching and class teacher work.

(5) Have the physical and psychological qualities to perform job duties.

(6) Meet the qualifications specified in this announcement and the "2024 Sanya Directly Affiliated Schools Go to Colleges and Universities for 2024 Fresh Graduates Open Recruitment Teacher Position Requirements Form (Chongqing Test Center)" (Annex 1).

(7) The identity and scope of the applicant are defined as the 2024 fresh graduates who have completed their studies before August 31, 2024 of general higher education and obtained a bachelor's degree (inclusive) or above, and include the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities enrolled by the state when they leave school and during the career selection period [the state stipulates that the career selection period is two years (college graduates during the 2023 and 2022 career selection period)] who have not implemented a work unit, and their household registration, files, The organizational relationship is still retained in the original school from which they graduated, or the graduates of the graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies at all levels, and public employment service agencies at all levels. Those who fail the compulsory courses and restricted elective courses during the university will not be accepted to apply for the examination (before the recruitment announcement is announced, those who pass the make-up examination or retake the compulsory courses or restricted elective courses can apply for the examination). Those who fail to obtain and provide academic degree certificates before August 31, 2024 will be disqualified from applying for or hiring, and shall be responsible for their own responsibility.

(8) The age of applicants for teaching positions should be 18 years old and above, 30 years old and below (i.e., born between April 22, 1993 and April 21, 2006), and the age of fresh graduates of doctoral degree colleges and universities can be relaxed to 40 years old (i.e., born between April 22, 1983 and April 21, 2006).

(9) Applicants for the position of teacher must have the corresponding teacher qualification certificate (high or low) and Putonghua certificate (Putonghua needs to be level 2 B or above, and language subject teachers need to be level 2 A or above). Have obtained a teacher qualification certificate that meets the requirements of the recruitment position, or participate in the teacher qualification certification in the spring of 2024 and can obtain a teacher qualification certificate that meets the requirements of the recruitment position before going through the employment procedures (the "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" or the "Professional Ability Certificate for Normal Students and Teachers" within the validity period must be submitted). Fresh graduates in 2024 who are temporarily unable to provide their teacher qualification certificates can register after holding a certificate of passing the written test within the validity period and a personal written commitment (see Annex 3), and if they fail to obtain and provide the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding discipline and corresponding level of the position they are applying for before August 31, 2024, they will be disqualified from applying for or hiring, and they will be responsible for their own responsibility.

(10) Applicants for the position of English teacher must have a certificate of English major level 4 or above. Fresh graduates in 2024 who are temporarily unable to provide the certificate of CET-4 and above for English majors can apply for the certificate after a written commitment (see Appendix 3), and those who fail to obtain and provide the CET-4 and above certificate of English major before August 31, 2024 will be disqualified from applying for or hiring, and shall be responsible for their own responsibility. Graduates of foreign (overseas) colleges and universities who do not have CET-4 or above certificates for English majors must provide a score of IELTS 6 or TOEFL score of 80 or above in recent years.

(11) Have other conditions required for the post.

(12) Persons with any of the following circumstances shall not apply for employment:

1. Those who have not yet been lifted from Party discipline or government discipline or are currently undergoing disciplinary review;

2. Violating discipline or rules in the recruitment of civil servants or public recruitment by public institutions, and the time limit for handling has not yet expired;

3. Graduates and dropouts who have not completed the learning content specified in the syllabus;

4. Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who graduated after September 1, 2024;

5. Conscripted citizens who refuse or evade conscription for active duty and refuse to make corrections; servicemen on active duty, or servicemen who refuse to perform their duties or desert from the army for the purpose of evading military service, and have been removed from the military, expelled from the military, or pursued for criminal responsibility in accordance with law; judgment defaulters (as determined by the people's courts through judicial procedures);

6. 4. Recruitment Procedures

(1) Publish recruitment announcements

This recruitment announcement will be publicly released to the public through the website of the Sanya Education Bureau and the WeChat official account of "Sanya Education Release". All relevant matters in the follow-up recruitment work will be publicized on the official website of the Sanya Education Bureau (http://edu.sanya.gov.cn/) and the WeChat public account of "Sanya Education Release".

(2) Registration

1. Online registration

(1) Registration time: from April 22, 2024 to 18:00 p.m. on the day of the on-site qualification review (April 27) at the test center in Chongqing.

2. Application materials:

(10) Applicants for the position of English teacher must have an English major level 4 or above certificate (2024 fresh graduates who are temporarily unable to provide English major level 4 and above certificate can apply after a personal written commitment, and those who fail to obtain and provide an English major level 4 or above certificate before August 31, 2024 will be disqualified from applying for or employed, and they will be responsible for their own responsibility.) (11) Other detailed supporting materials required by the post conditions;

(12) In the following circumstances, the corresponding materials must be provided as required:

(1) Returnees must provide the Certificate of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Those who are temporarily unable to provide the Certificate of Recognition of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees can apply after a written commitment (see Appendix 3), and those who fail to obtain and provide the Certificate of Recognition of Foreign Academic Qualifications and Degrees issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China before August 31, 2024 will be disqualified from applying for or hiring, and shall be responsible for their own responsibility;

(2) If a domestic institution and a foreign institution jointly run a school, the applicant shall apply for the examination according to the graduates of the domestic institution, and the corresponding certificate issued by the domestic institution shall be provided during the qualification examination. If a domestic institution and a foreign institution jointly run a school to obtain a foreign degree, the "Opinion on the Evaluation of Jointly Run a School" issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China shall be provided during the qualification examination;

(3) Graduates of local classes of military academies and universities who apply for the examination must provide a certificate of local students issued by the colleges and universities they are studying.

The above materials are scanned and uploaded for online registration (in JPG image format, the size of the picture should not exceed 1MB).

3. Precautions for registration

(1) This recruitment implements an honest registration system. Before registering, you should carefully read the recruitment announcement, understand the relevant information of the recruitment position, and select the eligible position for registration. Candidates can only apply for one position in each test center, and the registration must use the second-generation ID card within the validity period, and the ID card used for registration and examination must be the same.

(2) The qualification review runs through the whole process of open recruitment. The content filled in the registration form and the certificates and materials provided must be true and valid and meet the requirements of the position (submit relevant information and materials truthfully. If the registration information filled in by me is untrue, incomplete or filled in incorrectly, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant), if it is found to be fraudulent, does not meet the application conditions and other violations of the recruitment regulations, its application or employment qualifications will be cancelled.

(3) On-site qualification review

1. Time and place

Location: Lecture Hall 317, Career Guidance Center, Chongqing Normal University (University Town Campus), No. 37 University Town Middle Road, Huxi Town, Shapingba District, Chongqing.

2. Precautions

Candidates should go to the on-site qualification review point according to the position they apply for, and must provide relevant materials during the on-site qualification review (see Annex 4 for details). Candidates who have passed the on-site qualification examination will be issued with the "Admission Ticket" to participate in the written examination, and the list of candidates for the written examination and the relevant matters of the written examination will be announced at the qualification examination point on the day of the qualification examination, and at the same time on the official website of the Sanya Education Bureau.

3. Other requirements

(1) The materials provided by the candidates must be complete, true and valid, and those who commit fraud will be disqualified;

(2) Applicants must arrive at the site on time for qualification review;

(3) Those who fail to pass the on-site qualification examination will not be allowed to enter the examination.

(4) Organize examinations

The examination adopts a combination of written test and interview, first written test, then interview. The total score of the examination is a 100-point system, which is determined by the written test score and the interview score according to the ratio of 4:6. Results are rounded to two decimal places.

1. Written test

(1) Written test method: in the form of closed book.

(2) Written test content: basic knowledge of education and subject expertise.

(3) Written test score: The full score is 100 points, and the written test score accounts for 40% of the total score of the test.

(4) Time and place of the written test: The time and place of the written test shall be determined by the leading group for teacher recruitment according to the actual situation, and shall be subject to the "Admission Ticket".

(5) Applicants take the written test and enter the examination room with their second-generation resident ID card and "Admission Ticket".

(6) Delineation of the passing score line of the written test: The leading group for the recruitment of teachers in schools directly under Sanya City shall delineate the passing score line of the written test according to the overall situation of the written test results, and the passing score line of the written test shall not be lower than the average score of the written test of the personnel participating in the written test.

(7) After the written test, the shortlisted candidates for interview from the written test score to the qualified score line of the candidates, according to the written test results from high to low score according to the number of job recruitment 1:3 ratio to determine, the last position is tied, together with the shortlisted interview candidates, not up to the specified proportion, according to the actual written test to meet the score line of the candidates to determine.

2. Interview

Before the start of the interview, if there is a vacancy caused by the applicant's voluntary waiver of the interview (the waiver of the "Statement" should be submitted in writing to the recruiting unit), the vacancy will be filled from the candidates who have reached the qualified score line in the written test for the same position, according to the written test score from high to low.

(1) Interview form: take the form of trial lecture and defense.

(2) Interview content: mainly examines the comprehensive quality of candidates, and the answer time is 10 minutes (including thinking time).

(3) Interview time and place: The specific time, place and interview items of the interview are subject to the SMS notification.

(4) Judges and scoring methods: 5 judges per group, composed of relevant experts. The interview score is on a 100-point scale, and the interview score accounts for 60% of the total score of the exam. The interview score is calculated by removing the highest score and the lowest score, adding the total final score of the remaining examiners, and dividing it by the number of remaining examiners (i.e., the final score of the candidate = the total score of the final evaluation of the remaining examiners ÷the number of other examiners) to calculate the final score of the candidate. The interview results will be announced on the bulletin board of the test center, and will be announced on the official website of the Sanya Education Bureau and the WeChat public account of "Sanya Education Release".

(5) Interview passing score

The passing score of the interview is 60 points (inclusive), and candidates who fail to meet the passing score will not be hired.

3. Ranking of test scores

If there are more than 2 candidates for the same position, the total score of the examination is tied, and the ranking order is determined according to the written test score from high to low.

4. Announcement of results

The results, total results, and the list of candidates to be shortlisted for physical examination will be announced on the official website of the Sanya Education Bureau and the WeChat public account of "Sanya Education Release".

5. Determine the shortlisted candidates for physical examination

According to the number of recruits for the position, the recruiting unit will determine the personnel participating in the physical examination according to the total score of the examination from high to low among the candidates who have reached the passing score line of the written test and interview. Those who have passed the physical examination will enter the inspection link. The shortlisted physical examination personnel will be announced to the public on the official website of the Sanya Education Bureau and the WeChat public account of "Sanya Education Release". Candidates whose written test and interview scores are lower than the passing score line are not included in the physical examination candidates.

6. Submit a tripartite employment agreement

In accordance with the relevant requirements and time in the Announcement on Determining the Time for Shortlisted Physical Examination Personnel and Submitting the Tripartite Employment Agreement, the shortlisted medical examination personnel shall submit the tripartite employment agreement signed by themselves or sign the "Online Tripartite Employment Agreement Commitment" on the spot. Those who fail to submit the tripartite employment agreement within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their employment qualifications, and the vacancies caused by this can be decided whether to be filled in combination with the actual situation of the employer (if it is needed, from the candidates who apply for the same position and whose interview and written test scores reach the qualified score line, they will be supplemented in order according to the total score of the examination from high to low). Those who have submitted a signed tripartite employment agreement or signed the "Online Tripartite Employment Agreement Commitment" on the spot will not be hired if they fail to pass the physical examination or do not meet the requirements of the inspection.

(5) Graduation registration, physical examination and inspection

1. Graduation registration

After graduation, the shortlisted physical examination personnel shall report to the Personnel Department of the Sanya Education Bureau within the specified time with their graduation certificates, degree certificates, teacher qualification certificates and personnel files, and the Personnel Department will handle the relevant procedures in a unified manner.

2. Physical examination

The shortlisted physical examination personnel shall be physically examined after graduation, and the Sanya Municipal Education Bureau shall be responsible for organizing the physical examination, and the physical examination shall be carried out in a general hospital at or above the county level, and the physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the general standards for the physical examination of civil servants. Those who fail to participate in the physical examination within the specified time will be deemed to have given up automatically. If the initial physical examination is unqualified, the applicant may apply to the recruiting unit for a re-examination within 3 days from the date of receipt of the physical examination results, and the re-examination results shall prevail. Candidates who fail to pass the physical examination will not be hired. Vacancies can be filled from the candidates who apply for the same position and whose interview and written test scores reach the passing score line, according to the total score of the examination from high to low. The results of the physical examination and the list of shortlisted inspectors will be announced on the official website of the Sanya Education Bureau and the WeChat public account of "Sanya Education Release".

3. Investigation

Those who have passed the physical examination will enter the inspection link. It is mainly to investigate and understand the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, compliance with discipline and law, the qualifications required for the position to be examined, and whether they abide by the "Ten Guidelines for the Professional Conduct of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the New Era" and whether they need to implement the principle of recusal. Applicants who do not meet the requirements will not be hired. Vacancies can be filled from the candidates who apply for the same position and whose interview and written test scores reach the passing score line, according to the total score of the examination from high to low.

(6) Publicity

Based on the total results of the examination, physical examinations and inspection results, the recruiting unit shall adopt a collective study of the leading group for teacher recruitment to determine the personnel to be hired. The list of personnel to be hired shall be publicized on the official website of the Sanya Education Bureau and the WeChat public account of "Sanya Education Release", and the publicity time shall not be less than 7 working days. If the person to be hired gives up the employment during the publicity period, or the announcement results of the personnel to be hired affect the employment, etc., resulting in a vacancy in the position to be hired, with the research and consent of the leading group for recruitment, the candidates who apply for the same position and whose written test and interview scores reach the qualified score line can be supplemented in order from high to low according to the total score. However, after the expiration of the publicity period, it will not be supplemented.

(7) 聘用

If there is no impact on the employment of the proposed personnel after the expiration of the publicity period, it shall be reported to the Sanya Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval in accordance with the relevant procedures, and the relevant employment procedures shall be handled. The probationary period of the hired personnel is one year, and if they pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period, they will be formally hired, and if they fail to pass the assessment, they will be terminated. If the proposed personnel fail to cooperate with the employment formalities without a legitimate reason, the employment qualification shall be cancelled.

5. Discipline requirements

The open recruitment work strictly implements the provisions of the "Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management of Public Institutions" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Gui [2019] No. 1) and the "Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hainan Province" (Qiong Ren She Fa [2018] No. 516) and other documents. Leaders and recruitment staff of public institutions shall recuse themselves from open recruitment if they have a husband and wife relationship, a direct blood relationship, a collateral blood relationship within three generations, a close in-law relationship, or other relationships that might impact the fairness of recruitment.

6. Other matters

(1) The "above" and "below" in this plan include this level, such as "bachelor's degree or above" includes a bachelor's degree.

(2) Fresh graduates must obtain graduation certificates, degree certificates and other relevant documents that meet the application requirements before August 31, 2024, otherwise they will be disqualified.

(3) If the proposed personnel are punished or punished by the school for violations of laws and disciplines or other reasons after signing the contract and before reporting, the recruiting unit has the right to cancel the employment qualifications.

(4) If the candidate fails to pass the review or affects the employment result due to the error in filling in the information, the candidate shall be responsible for it.

(5) This recruitment does not specify examination materials, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold examination counseling training. Any tutorial classes, tutoring websites or publications, reference materials, Internet cards, etc. held in the name of the teacher recruitment examination proposition group and specialized training institutions in the society have nothing to do with the organizer of this recruitment.

(6) Candidates must register and take the examination in good faith, and the qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment. If the candidate's qualifications are false or inconsistent, or there is a violation of discipline in the recruitment process, the qualification for application (employment) will be cancelled at any time once it is found.

(7) After receiving the employment notice, the hired personnel must prepare their personal materials within the specified time and go to the Sanya Education Bureau to cooperate with the relevant employment procedures. 3. Recruitment scope and qualifications

(1) Scope of recruitment

This recruitment is open to the public.

(2) Applicants must meet the following conditions:

4. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Publish recruitment information

(2) Registration

1. Registration time: 09:00 on April 30, 2024 - 12:00 on May 11, 2024.

2. (3) Preliminary examination of qualifications

In this recruitment, the integrity registration system is implemented, and only those who have passed the preliminary examination of qualifications can participate in the written examination. The number of job recruits and the proportion of the number of qualified candidates for the position is not less than 1:3 before the written test can be conducted, if the proportion is not reached, an extension announcement will be issued, if the proportion is not reached, the number of recruits for the post will be reduced accordingly until the recruitment of the position is cancelled. If the recruitment position is cancelled, the relevant candidates will not be arranged to register again.

(5) Examination methods

The examination adopts a combination of written test and interview, first written test, then interview. The total score of the examination is a 100-point system, which is determined by the written test score and the interview score according to the ratio of 6:4. Results are rounded to two decimal places.

1. Written test

(1) Written test results. It is a 100-point system, and the written test score accounts for 60% of the total score of the examination.

(2) The content of the written test. In order to evaluate the professional theoretical knowledge required for the position, a closed-book examination is implemented.

(3) Time and place of the written test: subject to the written test admission ticket.

(4) The results of the written examination, the list of candidates to be shortlisted for the interview qualification review and the relevant matters of the qualification review will be announced on the website of the Sanya Finance Bureau, the WeChat official account of the Sanya Finance Bureau and the WeChat official account of Hi Ya.

2. Qualification review

After the written test, the recruitment leading group shall delineate the written test passing score line according to the candidates' written test results, and the written test passing score line shall not be lower than the average score of the written test participants, and the candidates whose written test scores are lower than the qualified score line shall not be included in the candidates to be shortlisted for interview. The candidates to be shortlisted for interview will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 of the number of positions recruited according to the written test scores from high to low scores among the candidates whose written test scores have reached the qualified score line. If there is a tie at the end, it will be determined as the candidate to be shortlisted for interview. If the prescribed proportion is not reached, the candidates who actually reach the passing score line of the written test will be determined to be shortlisted for interview.

Before the interview, the recruitment leading group will review the qualifications of the candidates to be shortlisted for interview, mainly to review whether the candidates meet the conditions of the position and whether the relevant certificates and materials provided are consistent and true with the online registration information.

Candidates who are to be shortlisted for interview must provide the original and photocopy of their ID card, household registration booklet, graduation certificate, academic qualifications and degree certificates to the recruiting unit at the specified time and place; (in duplicate), a letter of commitment to not be punished for dishonesty and other relevant written materials required for online registration and recruitment.

Only those who pass the qualification review can be determined as shortlisted interviewers. Candidates who voluntarily give up the qualification review, do not participate in the qualification review within the specified time, fail to pass the qualification review, fail to provide the application materials during the qualification review or the information of the application materials is false or falsified, the candidates will be disqualified from participating in the interview, and the resulting vacancies will be filled in order from the candidates who have reached the qualified score line in the written examination for the same position. Candidates who give up the qualification review should submit the waiver "Statement" in writing to the recruiting unit within 3 days from the date of the announcement of the written test results, and do not submit the waiver "Statement" within the specified time as automatic abandonment, and the list of replacement candidates will be announced to the public 3 days before the interview.

3. Interview

(1) Interview content. Semi-structured interviews are conducted to test candidates' professional quality and comprehensive quality.

(2) Interview time and place: subject to the interview admission ticket.

(3) Interview scores. It is a 100-point system, and the passing score of the interview is set at 60 points (inclusive), and those who are lower than the passing score of the interview are not included in the candidates for physical examination. The interview score is 40% of the total score of the exam. The interview score is calculated by removing the highest score and the lowest score, adding the total final score of the remaining examiners, and dividing it by the number of remaining examiners (i.e., the final score of the candidate = the total score of the final evaluation of the remaining examiners ÷the number of other examiners) to calculate the final score of the candidate. The results of the interview will be announced on the spot.

(4) The examination results, total scores, the list of shortlisted physical examination personnel and the related matters of the physical examination shall be published on the website of the Sanya Finance Bureau, the WeChat official account of the Sanya Finance Bureau and the WeChat official account of Hi Ya.

(6) Ranking of test scores

If there are more than 2 candidates for the same position, the total score of the examination is tied, and the ranking order is determined according to the written test score from high to low.

(7) Physical examination and inspection

According to the number of recruits for the position, the recruitment leading group will determine the personnel participating in the physical examination from the candidates who have reached the interview passing score line according to the total score of the examination from high to low. Those who have passed the physical examination will enter the inspection link. Candidates who give up the physical examination or the vacancies that occur due to unqualified physical examination can be filled from the personnel who apply for the same position and reach the interview passing score line according to the total score from high to low.

1. Physical examination. Physical examinations are conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the general standards for the physical examination of civil servants. The recruitment leading group will organize the shortlisted candidates. Those who fail to participate in the physical examination within the specified time will be deemed to have given up automatically. If the initial physical examination is unqualified, the applicant may submit a request for re-examination to the recruiting unit within 3 days from the date of receipt of the physical examination results, and the re-examination shall be conducted in a hospital of the same level, and the results shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. Applicants who fail to pass the physical examination will not be hired.

The results of the physical examination and the list of shortlisted inspectors will be announced on the website of the Sanya Finance Bureau, the WeChat official account of the Sanya Finance Bureau and the WeChat official account of Hi Ya.

2. Investigation. The recruitment leading group determines the candidates for inspection in equal amounts according to the results of examinations and physical examinations. The main purpose is to investigate and understand the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, compliance with discipline and law, the qualifications required for applying for the post, and whether it is necessary to implement the principle of recusal. Applicants who do not meet the requirements will not be hired. Vacancies can be filled from those who apply for the same position and reach the interview passing score line, according to the total score of the examination from high to low.

(8) Publicity

The leading group for recruitment work determines the personnel to be hired based on the results of examinations, physical examinations and inspections. The list of personnel to be hired will be announced to the public for 7 days through the website of Sanya Finance Bureau, the WeChat official account of Sanya Finance Bureau and the WeChat official account of Hi Ya. If the person to be hired gives up the employment during the publicity period or the announcement results of the person to be hired affect the employment, etc., resulting in a vacancy in the position to be hired, with the research and consent of the recruitment leading group, the personnel who apply for the same position and reach the interview passing score line can be filled in order according to the total score of the examination from high to low. However, after the expiration of the publicity period, it will not be supplemented.

(9) 聘用

If there is no objection to the expiration of the publicity period of the personnel to be hired, the Sanya Investment Review Center shall go through the employment procedures according to the procedures and sign the employment contract with the hired personnel. The probationary period shall be specified in accordance with the regulations, and those who pass the examination at the end of the probationary period shall be formally employed; and those who fail to pass the examination shall be cancelled.

(10) Reserve management

According to the examination results, in addition to the hired personnel, the candidates who are shortlisted for the interview and whose interview scores must reach the qualified score line will be included in the reserve pool of supernumerary personnel of public institutions under the Sanya Finance Bureau. When there is a vacancy in the post, the Sanya Municipal Finance Bureau will supplement the recruitment from the reserve according to the ranking, and the reserve is valid for one year, which is calculated from the date of completion of the recruitment and the official induction of personnel, and after the expiration of the validity period, the reserve personnel qualification will automatically become invalid.
