After the 7.3-magnitude earthquake in Hualien, Taiwan on April 3, as of 4 a.m. on April 23, 87 aftershocks of magnitude 4.0 and above have been recorded, and the largest aftershock was a magnitude 6.3 that occurred in the sea area of Hualien County, Taiwan at 2:26 a.m. on April 23.
