At 21:05 on April 21, the shift leader found that a black car was closely following a vehicle of Ji brand goods in the ETC lane to evade fees, and immediately reported to the monitor on duty and the stationmaster on duty. Subsequently, the stationmaster on duty and the "multi-party" unit after repeated verification, finally determined that the truck vehicle was Jin K brand Honda SUV, and immediately contacted the driver of the car to inform the relevant supplementary matters, the stationmaster on duty preached the policy and regulations, in the face of the fact of fee evasion, the owner of the car confessed to the behavior of evading the card.
At 15:40 p.m. on April 22, the owner of the truck came to the Zongzhai toll station to pay the toll. Through verification of past fare evasion information, the car was recovered for 222 yuan in arrears of tolls on September 21, 2023 on the provincial platform of "entering but not leaving" from Heishan Lake to Sitan Station, but it was not paid. On the 21st, the J-shaped driving in the car network needs to pay a toll of 168 yuan, a total of 390 yuan. The police of the Zongzhai toll station and the local police station gave a legal lecture to the driver of the crossing car, informed the crossing car of the suspected illegal acts, and signed a notice of the illegal behavior of the highway "breaking through the car" with the driver. The officers involved were sincere and actively paid the outstanding fees.
The recovery case reflects the importance of the "one way multi-party" linkage mechanism, and has accumulated valuable experience in the recovery of "cross-border vehicles" in accordance with the law.
