Guo Deshuang profile
Guo Deshuang was born in Lintong, Shaanxi Province in November 1954, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a college degree, and enlisted in the Fifth Iron Division in 1974 as a soldier, clerk, and platoon commander. In March 78, he entered the Changsha Railway Military Academy as a cadet. After graduation, he stayed at the university and served as a teacher in the military teaching and research department.
In December 1982, he changed jobs and served as the deputy director and researcher of the Tongchuan Food Bureau. He retired in November 2014.
Artistic resume
His works have been exhibited: the Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition of the Railway Military Academy, the Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition of the Employees of the Ministry of Commerce, and the Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of the City, Province and State.
He won the Outstanding Works Award of the First National Temporary Post Exhibition of the China Calligraphy Association, the Third Prize of Tongchuan Literary and Art Masterpiece of Tongchuan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and the Gold Award of the Staff Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition of the State Food Administration.
He is the third and fourth director of Shaanxi Calligraphers Association and a member of the Creation Committee.
The second secretary general of Tongchuan Calligraphers Association, the third vice chairman and consultant.
