Qualifications

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, and have no permanent residence right (or long-term residence permit) outside the country (territory), household registration is not limited, abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China, and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system. 2. Have the physical condition and psychological quality to perform job responsibilities normally. 3. The age required by the post (such as under the age of 35: born after April 21, 1989, and so on). 4. Have good political quality, good conduct, no illegal or criminal records, have not been punished by party discipline, government discipline, or school discipline, and have not been identified as the target of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness. 5. Have the required academic qualifications, majors, work experience, professional titles and other qualifications, and obtain the corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates, and overseas students should provide the foreign degree certification issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education when registering. Personnel management

1. The salary of the hired personnel is based on the personal learning and education experience, employment experience and entry position, etc., and the salary structure includes basic annual salary + performance annual salary + five social insurance and one housing fund + company welfare.
