When he came to the army, he conscientiously studied the relevant regulations on military secrecy and took the initiative to cancel his account.
After gradually adapting to life in the barracks, Xiao Li registered a new account, which was mainly used to browse information and share life insights. Some fans who have been paying attention to Xiao Li began to leave messages for Xiao Li again, but there was some sensitive information among them. Focusing on the characteristics of the recruits, the brigade organized the recruits to conscientiously study the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Regulations on Military Secrecy Protection" and the "Ten Prohibitions on Strictly Preventing Network Leakage of Secrets," refined the regulations on the management of the use of smart phones, and in accordance with the principle of "top-down and from the inside out," while protecting the personal privacy of officers and men, the recruits' mobile phones were investigated and cleaned up with software that was prone to network security problems. Strict boundaries for online dating

Not long ago, in the network security lecture hall of a brigade of the 72nd Group Army, a soldier gave full play to his professional expertise and demonstrated to the new comrades-in-arms how criminals can deceive through technical means. "Like-minded 'friends', intimate 'lovers', and 'enthusiastic people' who solve urgent needs may all be disguised by people with ulterior motives, and we must be vigilant and cautious in using the Internet. ”
The reason for carrying out this educational activity is that the brigade found some problems and hidden dangers in the mobile phone cleaning and inventory work in the early stage.
On that occasion, inspectors found that recruit Xiao Zhang had joined a military-related group chat before enlisting in the army. Xiao Zhang explained that before joining the army, because he did not know much about the army and lacked effective channels for obtaining information, he was invited by acquaintances in the same township to join a group chat called "a certain place and a certain annual recruit group" to facilitate communication. After enlisting in the army, although the group of friends was scattered in various places, he felt that the fellow villagers who joined the army in the same place could take care of each other, so he never left the group.
"It's more cordial to communicate in dialects in the group", "Although they don't serve together, they are all comrades-in-arms, so there shouldn't be a leakage problem...... Every time he has a break, Xiao Zhang will browse the group messages, occasionally participate in chats, and become friends with several fellow villagers.
"Such comrades-in-arms and fellow villagers are complex, and they cannot judge the true identities of the members, and if they are not careful in chatting, they will bury the hidden danger of leakage. The inspectors told Xiao Zhang that the relevant laws and regulations have clarified the requirements for officers and soldiers to join online group chats, and Xiao Zhang's behavior has violated the regulations. After realizing the mistake, Zhang immediately quit the group chat and cleaned up the phone further.
"The online world is diverse, the content of chats is varied, the composition of personnel is complex and difficult to distinguish, and some recruits lack awareness of network security and are easy to fall into the trap of online dating. "Similar problems have caused the brigade leadership to attach great importance. The survey found that some recruits who were in the "second adaptation period" had difficulty fully integrating into the army for the time being, and would rather chat with "fellow Internet villagers" than communicate with their comrades-in-arms; some recruits used their military status as a flaunting capital to find a sense of existence in online dating; and some recruits had a weak sense of security and confidentiality, and they exposed their military identities on the Internet, or they did not hide their words.
"The Internet is not a place outside the law, and online behavior is also regulated. The brigade immediately organized an investigation of the recruits' use of the Internet, and clearly required the officers and soldiers to clean up unknown friends and not add strange friends at will. They also adopted methods such as theoretical lectures, video tutorials, case analysis, and law popularization education to organize recruits to conscientiously study the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and strengthen the concept of confidentiality.

According to the instructor of the company, the recruits of the "cyber generation" have long been accustomed to learning about the world, receiving knowledge, and participating in interpersonal exchanges through the Internet, but because they have not received systematic and targeted network security education before joining the army, some recruits have a weak sense of prevention and are prone to ignore risks from the network. Through unique immersive education, they can see the subtleties and consciously build a network security defense line.
In the early stage, after the recruits entered the barracks, they found that some recruits did not establish a rational concept of consumption, did not have a clear understanding of the dangers of online gambling and online loans, and if they did not strengthen education and supervision, they could easily fall into the trap of online gambling and online loans, and even go astray and ruin their personal future, which was more likely to damage the interests of the army.
It is better to guide and dredge than to strictly guard against it, and to help officers and men clearly understand the huge harm of online gambling and online loans, so that officers and men can consciously resist it.
