On April 17, the Ninth Squatting Working Group of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, together with the Trade Union of Dazhou Wanyuan City Federation of Trade Unions, the Trade Union of the Municipal Forestry Bureau, the Federation of Trade Unions of Yongning Town and other units, went to Wanbaoshan State-owned Forest Farm to carry out voluntary tree planting activities.
The tree planting site was in full swing, and the members of the squatting working group and the cadres of the Wanyuan trade union system were enthusiastic, and everyone worked together and cooperated closely. After a lot of hard work, the saplings have taken root in the fertile soil one after another, standing proudly, adding lush greenery to the forest farm.
It is reported that Wanyuan City belongs to the main functional area of national Qinba biodiversity, and Wanbaoshan State-owned Forest Farm is the core area of the city's ecological function and the national reserve forest base. Through this tree-planting activity, the awareness of trade union cadres in afforestation and ecological environment protection has been effectively enhanced, and the ideological consensus and action consciousness of employees to love, plant, protect and rejuvenate green have been condensed, and the trade union strength has been contributed to the orderly promotion of the construction of ecological civilization in forest farms.
During the event, the squatting working group learned about the work of the Federation of Trade Unions of Yongning Town, Wanyuan City, recognized the practices of improving the "Double Bright" bulletin board of the trade unions and formulating the work task list of the township trade unions in 2024, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the Yongning Town Federation of Trade Unions to further promote the standardized management of trade union finances and ensure the safe, standardized and orderly use of trade union funds.
