In order to standardize the quantitative packaging of agricultural materials and the use of measuring instruments for trade settlement, maintain the measurement order of the agricultural materials market, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, according to the "People's Republic of China Measurement Law", "People's Republic of China Measurement Law Implementation Rules" and other laws and regulations, recently, Xingtai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau carried out a special inspection action of "measurement to protect agriculture and protect spring ploughing".
The special inspection to the agricultural wholesale market, professional market and agricultural distribution center as the key area, seeds, pesticides, fertilizers and other key commodities, to take the "inspection + sampling" method, in accordance with the "quantitative packaging commodity measurement supervision and management measures" on the quantitative packaging of the net content of goods and their labeling, whether to meet the tolerance requirements and other indicators for verification, strict implementation of the quantitative packaging of the net content of the measurement and inspection rules, sampling inspection of agricultural products.
At the same time, whether the business entity is equipped with measuring instruments suitable for its operation, whether the measuring instruments in use are verified according to law, whether the measurement verification certificate is valid, whether the measuring instrument ledger and system is established, etc., to publicize the laws and regulations on the measurement of quantitative packaging commodities, and the common sense of purchasing quantitative packaging commodities, so that the business entity understands and attaches importance to the importance of measurement work, and ensures that agricultural products are qualified.
Up to now, a total of 117 agricultural material production, sales and business entities have been inspected, and 197 batches have been weighed and tested on site.
In the next step, the Xingtai Municipal Market Supervision Bureau will continue to work with the Municipal Inspection and Testing Center to give full play to the role of measurement services for people's livelihood, increase the sampling of agricultural quantitative packaging commodities, further standardize the measurement order of the agricultural market, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, and make every effort to ensure the smooth progress of agricultural production.
