Since the launch of copyright registration, our state attaches great importance to the registration of works, including them in the ideological work responsibility system and the creation of spiritual civilization and the evaluation indicators of the business environment, vigorously publicizing and promoting copyright registration, applying for the establishment of 3 provincial copyright service workstations for work registration, guiding copyright owners to register, and continuously improving the ability of copyright social services. In 2023, the annual registration of copyright works in our state will reach 13,003, ranking second in the province, and will be commended by the Provincial Copyright Bureau.

Perform regulatory duties and strengthen law enforcement
Combined with special actions such as "Eliminating Pornography and Fighting Illegal Publications", "Sword Network 2023", and "Double Randomization and One Disclosure", earnestly perform the duties of copyright administrative law enforcement and supervision, and increase the intensity of administrative law enforcement in the field of copyright and the investigation and handling of infringement and piracy cases. At the same time, the first state (municipal) publication appraisal committee in Yunnan Province was established, and 4 batches of 103 publications were appraised, providing strong support for the investigation and handling of cases and effectively maintaining the order of the copyright market in the whole state.
Promote industrial development and strengthen demonstration and guidance
Copyright management departments at all levels in the state actively promote the development of the copyright industry in their respective regions, and in accordance with the spirit of the Administrative Measures for Copyright Demonstration Cities, Demonstration Units and Demonstration Parks (Bases) in Yunnan Province (for Trial Implementation), promote the creation of copyright demonstrations, help enterprises explore the transformation of copyright value and improve their ability to use copyright, and gradually form a good environment for the development of the copyright industry.
