The "Regulations on the Protection of Minors Online" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") will come into force on January 1, 2024. In order to create an online environment conducive to the physical and mental health of minors, protect the lawful rights and interests of minors, and provide strong legal safeguards for the protection of minors online, the "Regulations" clearly stipulate that no organization or individual shall engage in such conduct!
