Prerequisites
(1) Applicants shall meet the following basic conditions:
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system;
2. Law-abiding, honest and honest, no record of violations of laws and disciplines;
3. Have good political quality and moral character, have a strong sense of organizational discipline, abide by professional ethics, and have the physical and psychological qualities to perform job responsibilities normally;

(2) Qualifications:
1. Age 30 and below (born after April 19, 1994);

Remuneration package
The salary and benefits are about 67,600 yuan/person/year (including the part paid by individuals and units of "five insurances and one housing fund"). This recruitment does not involve establishment, does not go through personnel transfer procedures, and does not receive personnel files.

(2) Accept registration

(3) Qualification examination and issuance of admission tickets
1. The staff will review the qualifications of the registration materials provided by the applicants. After passing the qualification examination, the admission ticket will be issued.
2. The time for receiving the admission ticket will be notified separately, please pay attention to the announcement of the WeChat public account of "Luofu Qingfeng" and the portal of the Boluo County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
3. Precautions for registration
(1) Candidates must carefully read the announcement and requirements, and accurately grasp the specific conditions for applying for the examination. Registration must be based on a valid second-generation ID card. Candidates must register and take the exam in good faith. Anyone who provides false application materials will be disqualified from applying for the examination or employment once it is verified. Those who forge or alter relevant certificates, materials, and information to obtain examination qualifications by fraud will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations. and where a crime is suspected, it shall be transferred to the judicial organs for handling.
(2) Applicants must obtain the corresponding academic qualifications, degrees and other certificates before the date of registration, and those who have returned from studying in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and studying abroad must obtain the overseas academic qualifications and degree certification letters and relevant supporting materials from the China Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education before applying for the examination.
(3) The admission ticket is an important document for candidates to participate in the written test, interview, physical examination and other links, and candidates must bring the admission ticket and the original ID card at the same time when participating in the examination and physical examination. Those with incomplete documents are not allowed to participate in the examination and physical examination.
(4) Examinations.
This open recruitment examination will be conducted in the form of "written test + interview".
1. Written test. The written test will be conducted in the form of a closed-book examination, and the written test time is scheduled for early May 2024 (please refer to the admission ticket for the specific time and place). The written test score is calculated according to 100 points, and the list of interviewers is determined according to the ratio of 1:3 (including tied scores) according to the number of recruits from high to low scores according to the written test scores.
2. Interview. The interview is conducted in a structured manner, mainly to test the candidate's ability in comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, problem solving, interpersonal communication, language expression, etc. The interview score is calculated as 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. Those whose interview scores do not reach the passing line shall not be listed as physical examination personnel. The list of physical examination personnel shall be determined according to the interview scores. If the interview results are the same, CPC members (including probationary CPC members) are preferred, and if the above conditions are the same, the ranking will be confirmed according to the written test results.
For written test results, interview results and other information, please pay attention to the WeChat public account of "Luofu Qingfeng" and the announcement of the portal of Boluo County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
(5) Physical examination and political examination
1. Physical examination. According to the number of recruited positions, the physical examination objects will be determined according to the interview results from high to low. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant documents.
2. Political review. The County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision shall conduct a political examination of the candidates who have passed the physical examination, and the candidates shall submit the relevant materials for the political examination.
(6) Publicity and employment
1. For candidates who have passed the physical examination and political examination, they will be publicized on the WeChat public account of "Luofu Qingfeng" and the portal of Boluo County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 5 days.
2. If there is no reflection after the announcement or the problem is not true after investigation, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the procedures.
(7) Alternate hiring
If the candidate fails to pass the physical examination and political examination, voluntarily gives up or finds that there are vacancies in the proposed position due to problems affecting employment in the announcement, he or she can be filled in order from high to low according to the interview results.
