Keep an eye on the "card". According to the three categories of high-level talents, industrial talents, and young talents, the "Talent Building Card" will be issued by classification, and a talent identification system covering multiple industries, multiple levels, and multiple dimensions will be built. Through the comprehensive online service platform of the talent card, the policy services of high-level talents, industrial talents, and young talents who apply for the "Talent Building Card" are listed, so as to achieve one-stop declaration, housing, transportation, health, subsidies and other policy services. Since the beginning of this year, more than 310 high-level talent cards and youth cards have been accepted and issued, and a total of 36,000 talent cards have been issued.
Keep an eye on the "money". Improve the platform reward and subsidy policy, and give up to 5 million yuan of support to newly recognized national and provincial innovation platforms, and give enterprises up to 72,000 yuan/person salary subsidy and 60,000 yuan/person settlement allowance for enterprises to introduce qualified industrial talents. High-level talents newly introduced by key enterprises will be given a living allowance of up to 360,000 yuan/person. Since the beginning of this year, 48 people have been audited for experts, family visit subsidies, settling-in allowances and other allowances, with a total of 186,300 yuan.

We will continue to promote the leadership of the guarantee work, go deep into the special action of "visiting enterprises to expand jobs and promote employment" in various enterprises, strengthen the cooperation between government, schools and enterprises, and build a broader employment platform for the students of the college.
