Entrants
Participants can participate in the competition in the name of an organization or an individual. Each participant can submit no more than 2 entries.
Entry Requirements
1. The content of the entries must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, with a clear theme, ingenious conception, and positive and healthy. The participants shall be responsible for the adverse consequences caused by the violation of relevant national laws and regulations.
2. The entries must be taken in Jiangle County, and the content of the work must include but is not limited to Jiangle scenery, humanities and history, scenic spots, specialty food, beautiful villages, homestays, campsites, water sports, leisure and health and other elements, and the creation time must be within the time range of this competition, and the content must be complete to fully demonstrate the beauty of Jiangle.
3. There is no restriction on the subject matter of the entries, plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and once found, the entry will be disqualified.
4. Entries must be accompanied by the name of the video, the introduction of the work, the shooting location, and the main creative information (including the participant's name, contact number, mailing address, etc.).
5. Entries are recommended to shoot horizontally (if you have special ideas, you can also shoot portrait version), high-definition MP4 format, resolution 1080p, video can be dubbed or copywriting, the picture and sound are clear. Entries are not watermarked and should be less than 3 minutes long.
6. The entries should be original works, and the entrants have complete copyrights for the works, and the entrants are responsible for the reputation, portrait rights, copyrights and other related legal responsibilities involved in the video.
7. All entries participating in the competition shall be deemed to have the right to edit and use the submitted works, and the organizer has the right to use the entries and their related materials for public welfare exhibitions, publications, screenings, media communication and other publicity and promotion activities without paying the manuscript fee.
8. There is no fee for this contest.
Competition process and selection method
1. Solicitation of works
The event notice is issued from the date of issuance to April 28, 2024.
2. Screening stage
The organizer will conduct a preliminary selection of the entries and move on to the next link.
3. Voting stage of works
Online voting. Voting through Weijiangle (3 days), each WeChat account can vote for 1 day, and it is strictly forbidden to "brush votes" in traffic, and once found, the selection qualification will be cancelled. The online voting score accounts for 20% of the final score of the work (i.e. 20 points out of 100 out of a total score)
4. Selection stage
The organizer will organize a selection team composed of relevant professionals to score and select the entries. The judging panel scores 80% of the final score of the work (i.e. 80 out of a total of 100 points).
The score of the online voting plus the score of the selection group is the final score of the work. In the end, 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes will be selected according to the score.
5. Publicity stage
The list of award-winning works will be publicized on Jiangle TV and other media for 3 days.
6. Awards
"5.19" China Tourism Day will present awards to the winning works, and at the same time carry out exhibition and publicity.
7. Promote the application
The award-winning works are actively pushed to various media platforms at the higher level. Particularly excellent works will be actively promoted through platforms such as Douyin to increase the exposure of our county's tourism resources, enhance our county's popularity, and increase our county's popularity.
