1. Heating facilities have a life span.

Therefore, the user should request the property or professional to flush or replace the heating facilities in time before operation.

2. The design of the secondary pipe network is unreasonable.

After the heat is sent to the heat exchange station, it must be debugged by the heat exchange station and the secondary pipe network to deliver it to each user evenly. Due to the unreasonable design, the installation of flow balance adjustment equipment or the adjustment of management personnel is not in place, the heating flow is unbalanced, and the temperature difference between buildings is large. The pipe network should be debugged or the courtyard pipe network should be rectified.

3. Large-scale heat outage (large-scale residential and office buildings stop heating at the same time)

First of all, ask the unit or the community heating station whether there is a power or water outage, whether the heat source or heat station equipment is faulty, and whether the heating main network is faulty, and then repair and solve it according to the corresponding situation.

4. Small-scale heat outage (individual buildings or individual users)

First of all, ask the neighbors on the left and right whether the situation is the same, and then find out the reason, determine whether the user's indoor heating facilities are faulty, or the heating courtyard pipe network is faulty, and then find professional and technical personnel to repair.

5. The valve of the resident's house is not opened

If the heating valve of the resident's household is not opened, or the solenoid valve of the resident's house is not opened after the heat metering transformation, the hot water will not be able to enter the home. If it cannot be solved, you should contact professional maintenance personnel or communicate with the heating company.

6. The heating pipe or geothermal filter in the resident's home is blocked

Due to various possible reasons such as the old and serious corrosion of the residential pipe network or the construction of the construction unit, there are foreign objects in the branch pipes of the residents' households, which block the heating pipes or geothermal filters, and the heating water circulation is not smooth, resulting in the reduction of the heating effect in the residents' homes. If you want to unclog or replace a clogged heating line or clean the filter in your home, you can contact a professional maintenance person.

7. Install water discharge valves and circulating pumps in neighbors' homes

Some heat users install circulating pumps in their homes without permission, or release heating water privately, which can also cause your home to not heat up. The drain valve will release the hot water from the heating line, and the circulating pump will pump the hot water from the heating line and concentrate it in the circulating pump, resulting in a lack of hot water in the surrounding neighbors' homes. If you find that your neighbor's house has installed a drain valve or circulating pump, you can communicate with your neighbor or report the situation to your heating company.

8. The residents on the first floor (end) of single-family heating are not hot

Due to the accumulation of some impurities at the end of the riser during the operation of the system, the water flow is not smooth, the water supply flow is small, and the end discharge valve is opened to discharge the blocked debris.

9. The whole unit of single-household heating is not hot

Due to the air blockage formed by the air accumulation in the roof riser, the hot water is not circulated, which can be eliminated by exhausting the air release valve at the top of the building.

10. Single-household heating is not hot for a single household

Check that the occupant valve is open. If it is not caused by the valve, the pipe at the entrance end may be blocked or the air resistance caused by the unreasonable installation slope. The exhaust valve at the end of the user's radiator is exhausted to make the pipeline circulate smoothly; if it is not hot, it may be due to the blockage of the pipeline, and the system is disassembled and inspected to eliminate the blockage and debris.

11. Install and modify the radiator by yourself.

The installation of radiators has strict technical requirements and must be installed under the window, so that the rising hot air flow can block and directly heat the cold air flow that penetrates through the window crack, so that the air flowing through the room is warmer and more comfortable. The user installs and changes the radiator by himself, because the installation is not standardized, the position is unreasonable, and there are many turns, resulting in heating blockage and excessive water flow resistance, which not only does not heat the heating of his own house, but also affects all the heating connected by the same pipe up and down the whole building. After the heating is over, it is necessary to find a professional technician to carry out the transformation.

12. Modify the heating bag air release valve into a faucet.

The hot water in the pipe network contains chemicals for the maintenance of the heating pipeline (corrosive to the human body), and bathing and washing clothes with the hot water in the thermal pipe network not only affects the pressure of the heating network, but also affects the health of people. In order to ensure the pressure of the heating network and the health of the individual, please do not convert the heating bag bleed valve into a faucet.

13. The poor quality of the radiator affects the heat dissipation effect.

In the early days, the central heating users installed in their homes are old-fashioned steel strings, and some users buy radiators to pursue aesthetics, ignoring the practicability of radiators, because these radiators are unevenly heated, the thermal conductivity is poor, and it is easy to cause blockage, and the heating effect is very bad. It is recommended to find a professional technician to replace the radiator with good thermal conductivity.

14. The room is not well sealed.

The doors and windows of some users' houses are not tightly sealed, resulting in poor insulation effect of the room, and the radiator is hot and the room temperature is not high. It is recommended that users take corresponding measures (such as wall insulation, replacement of energy-saving doors and windows, etc.) to strengthen the airtightness of the room.

15. The number of radiators installed is insufficient.

In order to save costs, some builders do not install radiators in small living rooms and toilets, resulting in users not heating their homes. It is recommended that users install radiators (calculated according to the installation of a large 60 radiator in an area of 4-6 square meters).

16. The geothermal design is unreasonable and the loop is few.

The construction is not standardized, and the length of each ring road is different. Geothermal work caused individual loops to become blocked. It is necessary to redesign the construction and install geothermal energy reasonably. Troubleshoot step by step to find the blockage.

17. The connection between the heating system and the tap water pipeline causes "mixed supply", resulting in the heating is not hot and the tap water is polluted.

It should be gradually investigated, cut off the connecting pipelines that cause "mixed supply", and restore heat supply. When laying geothermal heat, the flushing pipe installed by the construction personnel for the residents is the main reason, and the residents do not understand and forget to close, resulting in mixed water.

18. The indoor heating part is not hot (1-2 groups are not hot)

There are generally several reasons for this:

(1) Gas accumulation. If there is gas accumulation in the radiator or at the end of the pipeline, if there is gas accumulation in the radiator, the manual air running at the end of the radiator can be eliminated, and if there is gas accumulation at the end of the pipeline, the end pipeline release valve will also be released.

(2) Hydraulic imbalance. This situation mostly occurs in a one-cycle installation system in one household, and some radiators are not hot, and the hot ones are turned off and the non-hot ones can be heated up, which is called the hydraulic imbalance of the indoor circulation system. To deal with this situation, the indoor system can be adjusted, the hot heating is turned off first, the non-hot heating is warmed up, and then the hot heating is slowly turned on. Note: When turning on the hot heater, do not turn on all the hot heaters, the degree of opening must be moderate, so that the original hot heater is also hot, and the heating that is not hot can be warmed up is the best.

(3) Blockage or unreasonable installation, unauthorized modification: if the above methods can not be solved, then the radiator or pipeline may be blocked or seriously installed unreasonable, and the private modification will be given a warning and changed back to its original installation form within a time limit. For the blockage or unreasonable installation, professional maintenance personnel should be disassembled and inspected, and the blockage can be eliminated or the reasonably installed pipeline can be reinstalled.

(4) The service life of the system is long (generally more than 6-8 years), the pipeline is seriously corroded, the pipe diameter becomes smaller, the original design does not match the current heating requirements, and it is easy to partially do not heat the situation, in this case, the pipeline can only be redesigned and installed. The above are some common causes and treatment methods that cause indoor heating to not be hot, and are for reference only.

19. The indoor heating is hot, but the room temperature meets the heating requirements

There are generally several reasons for this:

(1) The heating temperature is low. The heating temperature of indoor heating hot water should change with the cold and hot changes of the weather, and the water supply temperature should be increased when the outdoor temperature is low, but sometimes the water outlet temperature of the heat exchange station or heating boiler does not increase with the decrease of the weather temperature, and the water supply temperature is low, resulting in the room temperature not meeting the requirements.

(2) The home decoration is serious, and the radiator covers a large area, resulting in the heat not being dissipated. The design load of the indoor heating system refers to the calculation of the heat dissipation of the exposed room, if the interior decoration is serious or covered by curtains and other items, it affects its heat dissipation, and then affects the indoor temperature. Therefore, for home decoration, try to pack radiators as little as possible.
